I like how I can display my entire CRM at once, add tags to classify my contacts and send out batch emails with ease.

Sometimes tagging an internal contact would work and they would get a notification and sometimes it simply wouldn't work at all.

The platform has a few bugs that need to be worked out.

However, if you need full transaction management or a lower-cost solution, you might consider alternatives.

I don’t know if there is anything else out there that has matched up to following up and keeping track of clients.

Our main email system is a Microsoft Exchange type of email system, and at times some FUB outbound emails that we send to leads captured in FUB appear to bounce back or be rejected by some popular email recipient systems such as Gmail.com or Hotmail.com email users.

Pretty user friendly and easy to get started- not a huge learning curve as a user.

Overall, I find follow up boss is an integral part of my business.
