Automated reminders are dispatched prior to appointments to reduce absence rates, while cancellation alerts notify other clients of newly available time slots.
The online payment processing module enables collection of fees prior to scheduled appointments. The system does not apply platform commissions to transactions. Payment methods include credit card processing for Visa and MasterCard alongside integration with Klarna for installment arrangements. Comprehensive configuration controls permit definition of appointment durations, buffer intervals between bookings and service specific scheduling parameters.
