They are our registration system for all events and they connect to our CRM API for integration so it merges our constituents. They also send info to Crowdrise for the peer-to-peer fundraising.
It is easy to utilize and set up for any event we have.
It is a bit outdated on how it merges with our CRM and the features. We use it for endurance events and banquets but endurance events are harder to tailor and they are better at ticket events.

We use this service at my office to invite and handle the registration for company hosted events/conferences (100-500 people depending on the event). The registration form is able to be customized which allows us to list accommodations, transportation and even include dietary requirements for attendees. We are satisfied with the ease of use of the application/software.

Really easy to use and integrates well with my other products. The spreadsheets and data collected is fantastic.
It takes a little bit to get used to where everything is. Some tools are in strange spots, but once you figure it out it is a breeze.

I had purchased tickets before with Eventbrite and found it easy to work with. I recently set up an event and sold tickets through the app. As someone who has sold tickets manually without the aid of a computer program, I was blown away by the easy setup process and thrilled with the simplicity of checking on ticket sales. Following the event, Eventbrite was very expeditious in sending ticket sale funds to my account. I would highly recommend this app!
Easy to set up. Very user-friendly. Easy to check on ticket sales and professional dashboard for ticket buyers.
I can't say I found anything that I did not like in this software.

Good for purchasing tickets to concerts and events.
Overall the program is easy to use, allows you to see upcoming concerts and events and sign up right through the site.
There's a lot to actually getting your ticket. You sign up and pay, but normally a ticket is emailed right then. There's a lot of aftermath to getting your ticket via mobile. It's almost easier to just print your ticket.

Sometimes when you book a ticket for a show or function it doesn't email right away with your ticket. It takes time to deliver your ticket in your inbox.

Easy to setup for the most part. The ticket quantity was somewhat confusing in regards to having many different ticket packages.

This is a great marketing tool to streamline the ticketing process. Very easy to use.
My only issue is that once I purchased a ticket for an event and it only let me select 1 ticket. I assumed it was 1 ticket per person, so I purchased it, and then my friends couldn't get tickets because it turned out I got the last ticket. There should be a message saying it is the last ticket.

I'm a huge music fan, so finding a software that I can purchase tickets and view upcoming events is such a cool, unique product. Almost every time I purchase tickets for one concert, I usually end up buying tickets for another show as well. I also love being able to connect with other people who enjoy the same music as me. The potential to go to a concert alone and meet new people is incredible and unlike any other application I've experienced.

Having the ability to schedule time and speak with an expert made first time use of the system easy and efficient. The custom needs of my event's ticket sales were all easily met with Eventbrite's flexible application.
Easy to use, self explanatory. Being able to direct questions to a person rather than having to wade through help files is a definite plus. Receiving email copies of every purchase is also a plus.
Not being able to preview the messages sent with ticket sales. This was overcome by purchasing a free ticket.

It is an astonishing stage for occasion enrollment and the executives. It could in fact be supposed to be a free collaborator who helps plan occasions and connect with enrolled members.
It's easy for attendance to reserve a ticket.

Many users trying to access at the same time may slow the software, but will quickly pass allowing users to quickly and easily access their purchase and ticket information

We are a small winery that opened up during Covid and it has made it easy to get the word out about our events and how we are working to keep everyone safe.
I like the analytics of it, it ability to add photos, text and more. It links nicely with other platforms.
It is not a recognized as Eventbrite....but Eventbrite is very difficult to use.

Much better than Eventbrite.
I like the immediacy of it and the fact that it easily links up to Stripe for fast payments.
I always need to do print screens of the events I've held and the total amounts made for my accountants, because there's no feature to have a summary of the income for each product. I've asked the question but Ticket Tailor has referred me to Stripe, however Stripe don't show you what you've made per product, only money coming in. So it's a bit of an annoying vicious circle.

Very responsive to emails and questions.
Almost all the features of industry-leader Eventbrite but about half the price
If you use Stripe for payments (which is the cheapest option), all events have to pay out to one bank account, which can be annoying if you run multiple events with different people. Also it doesn't have a mailing list like Eventbrite to promote your events, but otherwise very good.

That it has a landing page with all future events for audience to see
It does not send an automatic reminder to all attendees prior to the event. Eventbrite does this a day before the event.

I found this a simple, far more helpful produce that Eventbrite. Evenbrite is hopeless for my older clients in terms of online events -
This software took a while to set up with a hiccup or 2 from my end. I was using it to cater for a group of seniors who usually struggle with many things on line. I was able to issue 500 tickets smoothly. A few unhappy customers which appeared to be their lack of understanding - not the software!
I found the reminders a bit hard to understand - you can add more personal details than I first thought

A+. I used Eventbrite before and moved to Ticket Tailor because of a friend's recommendation. Customer service has been great. Also love the nonprofit discount!
It is so easy to set up and manage. Takes a bit of stress off my shoulders with my organization's events!

I have only used Eventbrite in the past. Tickettailor is so much better. I am using it for running art classes for children on our farm. Tickettailor allows me to send broadcasts easily to parents before hand. These never worked on Eventbrite! I also love the custom questions that buyers need to fill out. It really is a great product at a great price.
The ability to create custom fields (questions) for my buyers.
Like any new software there is a learning curve.

We had real world and online events and lots of then. TT was so much easier and faster thna EB and way cheaper.
We had challenges with Eventbrite at the strat of the pandemic and needed a new solution fast. I checked all the platforms out and ended up choosing Ticket Tailor. Short learning curve but easier, faster and slicker by far than eventbrite. No not as many features, but the features that are needed ar all there. Cost wise its WAY cheaper too. The whole team loves it now where EB was always a chore.
All my issues get addressed in a Zoom call with the team! Yes I can actuaklly talk to humans who make the product. That alone is a gamchanger.

We have run over £300,000 of sales through - and we have had no problems with people turning up for events who are not "on the list"
Ease of use. Technical support team very efficient. Monthly fees much less than "Eventbrite" style services We choose not to have any booking fees at all for our customers. It just works...
My only reservation is that there is no support for multiple users, although we've been told this is on the roadmap.
