I was able to contact customer support and they advised me on how to correct my error. Turns out it was my mistake - my complaint was that it wasn't easy to determine my error.

Also, registration during events usually cause long ques of looking names of the attendees and signature, but here using barcode that will just needs to scan it ease ques on the registration.

Simply, some people would say that they are able to attend the event and later on they simply wouldn't show up because there is no functional way to call off the invitation.

ID Flow is a totally reliable ID card software and until date no hassles or errors.
