What is Gate Key?
Gate Key is a cloud-based visitor management system designed to assist apartment complexes and gated communities with managing guests, pets, and registered vehicles. Key features include a contact database, guest registration, activity tracking, incident reporting, data export, and third-party integrations.
The Gate Key platform comes with a resident interface, which allows residents to enter personal information, set passwords, access the community directory, add call restrictions, update health information or emergency contacts, add information on pets, receive notifications for guest arrivals, view registered vehicles, track guest activity, and more. It allows guards to scan access cards, search for information across the system, print passes for guests, send push notifications to residents, and prepare incident reports.
Gate Key's administrator portal helps managers view and manage resident, guest, or guard information, create accounts for new users, send messages or emails to contacts, and generate reports in PDF and Excel formats. The system also helps users track parking spaces, lockers, boat docks, and more.
