I LOVE THIS WEBSITE, I have tried other websited but this one is by far the best not only to edit, add discounts, take payments, customize, but also all of the other little features it has like deposits and gift cards!

I think it’s so affordable and worth the pennies for what you get I wish it was shared more, compared to other systems it gives you the professional look of your own website that you can uniquely customise, all of my clients have give amazing feedback even those older ladies who aren’t on socials and devices the same as the younger demographic!

Also the only pay option is stripe which is way to expensive for a small business to pay. But I can work around that but when someone does pay me I can’t show paid on the calendar without it going through stripe.

I do like the fact that I’m able to take deposits without paying a month monthly fee(although I signed up for pro lol) before I could afford a pro I was definitely using this feature the most

It seems I can't cancel the option to send emails when I cancel an appointment, also to customize the tags for messages is not so easy or possible. As a dog groomer would like to have an option to create the pets profile and link it to a owner profile as in my case an owner can have many dogs

The thing I like most about Goldie is the fact that even if you're not a big business or don't have the money at first to pay for the Pro or Pro Plus plan Goldie booking software still allows you to use their platform to to further your business by allowing you to create a website, and much more by just using the free plan.
