I love the way you can customize your subscription to meet whatever needs you have in your space. The site and app are easy to navigate and I love all of the reports that are available to me.
I had some trouble refreshing the page and getting linked to another site. There was a lot of advertisement for other companies, so I also got distracted at times.
This has been the first program that I used to start my business with, and it is super user friendly for any beginner business owner and current to keep track on your progress.
Needs Apple Pay support desperately, especially in this era of COVID-19, this is a glaring omission.
Clients love how easy it is to book appointments online. Love how you can customize confirmation notifications for clients.
Switched to Vagaro from Booker and I hate it but I’m trapped.
I like how easy it is for clients to receive text confirmations and book on the mobile app within a few clicks. I also like the fact that I trust the email system sending emails out successfully.
The only downside is it does not allow me to print out address for out calls and I'm only doing out calls -- I'm having to write clients addresses by hand each day ugh.
This product has helped me reach more customers than I thought possible from my small town. The ability to network and reach out to such a broad base is wonderful for any new business seeking clients.
The customer service reps, however, are generally pretty awesome and committed to resolving the issues.

A feature that I did not know it had when I trialed it and was really happy about, is the revenue projections. I love seeing week to week what our projections are and what % booking we have.
Also, there are a few annoying problems with the software that they keep promising to fix “in the next release,” but they never do.
Hands down, they have an amazing team of customer service reps who go out of their way to accommodate you with excellent service and care. The software is easy to understand and use and so is the app.
Thus, if you have a paperless office/spa, you will have to put a desktop or laptop in every treatment room and pay for a license for each of these additional computers or the software is useless.
I absolutely enjoyed everything and the ease of using it and implementing the software into our business. I even loved having an Orchid service friend (I call him a friend haha) on speed dial.
The constantly bombarded us with phone calls and we had to have certain internet and modem requirements and the worse part is they had 3 mandatory training for staff and set up.
We have been using Orchid for almost 11 years and have found it to be very easy to use. Plus I have had some amazing help by our rep. He truly has been a delight to work with.
They both always had suggestions for me to help me fix my problem, but I also never felt as if I was being talked down to which is a problem I noticed on a lot of other live chat services.

It is much easier but I have problems with the unit not finishing the sale with some of the clients credit/debit cards. It is embarrassing for both of us when this happens.
It's reliable, there is an App for off site scheduling, Customer service is great.

I love the integration of the reminder texts being sent out through the software. Taking payments through Orchid is also a smooth process.

The best part is they truly understand Business on the Go, not everyone can sit behind a desk to complete what they need to do for their business. I appreciate how flexible and supportive Meevo 2 is.
Inventory is always a challenge. Purchase orders can be a pain just because you can not edit.
This system is so easy to use and if you do need help, the customer service is second to none. The training program is really easy to follow and use and the overall quality is just great.
The switch to Meevo 2 has been the worst decision I have made in our 31 years in business.
They are very helpful and friendly. They have handle my concerns and challenges with great solutions in a timely manner.
Over all I’m disappointed and searching for other software.
Customer support has been great and they constant improvements and growth make me really happy with my decision to switch.
I dislike having to sign in twice to clock in.
We have built alot of relationships with the MEEVO staff and we hope to continue to grow and better our business with this awesome software.
Our integration specialist did an excellent job of being available to help along the way. Customer support availability has improved dramatically over the last year.
My experience has been the best of the best. Starting with on boarding, training and education and whatever I might have need in the future.
The software is soo user friendly. Our staff is thrilled to start our conversion from millennium to Meevo2.
I'm very HAPPY with the software. And it's simple so if you don't want to take advantage of everything you do not need too.
Flexibility or customize my own dashboard, very intuitive, many amazing reports and fully mobile.
We love the integrated confirmations and client contact system Meevo 2 provides, the online booking and appointment scheduling is so easy.
Those were very helpful and contributed immensely in our conversion going extremely smoothly. There is a very active Facebook community to address most common software issues.
The functionality of Meevo is only surpassed by the very helpful folks at Harms Software. Our operating costs have gone down and the ease of connecting with our clients has gone up.

You then have to suffer through more days of annoying pop ups for these emails until they finally close out the ticket. It is truly a non service.
I love the liaison that is assigned to me. Also the customer support team is very responsive to any questions big or small and try to resolve it as soon as possible.
I tried for days to figure out what was wrong and no one was returning my phone calls from support. When I did get in touch with someone, they were new and didn't know that info either.
HIPAA compliant and compatible with rewards programs like Aspire and Brilliant Distinctions.
The system is missing an e-prescribing feature.
Customer support is amazing. The software is easy to use and it’s a great value for the cost.
Poor experience all around, still waiting two months to be able to get my data exported from them and paid for this over a month ago.
As a new spa, we needed affordable software that would grow with our business and help us keep track of our inventory. I have been pleased with our experience thus far.

The few times that I’ve had to check a customer out it feels like Boulevard is doing it for me that’s how flawless it is. I really love these guys.
The random booking algorithm is confusing and does not produce random results. Currently lacking options for Apple pay and Google pay.
Switching from our primitive software we had before couldn’t have happened sooner. Boulevard is effective in booking, checking out and the customer service/tailoring is out of this world awesome.
The app especially is problematic, and offers no actual function of usefulness. The inability to view appointment details on the app (what service is requested), is especially frustrating.
It's a straightforward platform that is easy for our teams to use and it has been wonderful to partner with a platform that takes our feedback and collaborates with us on solutions.
This makes it time-consuming and leaves the possibility of error if a service provider works at multiple locations.
They come up with alternatives & suggestions to help improve your experience. The software is great as it can be easily accessible on multiple devices & internet.
Appointment deposits are confusing to apply when a second service provider is on the ticket and also product purchase.

She has been absolutely incredible, supportive, and helpful through this whole process. I also have access to a support team that actually knows about the software and helps me learn or troubleshoot.
Overall, the company is very happy with Boulevard. We have evidence that the platform will only continue to improve as it takes into consideration customer suggestions.

They have a messaging center where we can quickly communicate with clients via SMS and a way to reach out to customer support quickly through their integration using INTERCOM chat.

The random booking algorithm is confusing and does not produce random results. Currently lacking options for Apple pay and Google pay.
Switching from our primitive software we had before couldn’t have happened sooner. Boulevard is effective in booking, checking out and the customer service/tailoring is out of this world awesome.
The app especially is problematic, and offers no actual function of usefulness. The inability to view appointment details on the app (what service is requested), is especially frustrating.
It's a straightforward platform that is easy for our teams to use and it has been wonderful to partner with a platform that takes our feedback and collaborates with us on solutions.
This makes it time-consuming and leaves the possibility of error if a service provider works at multiple locations.
They come up with alternatives & suggestions to help improve your experience. The software is great as it can be easily accessible on multiple devices & internet.
Appointment deposits are confusing to apply when a second service provider is on the ticket and also product purchase.

It super easy to use and the costumer love how easy it is. I love I don’t really have to book a client unless I’m fitting someone in to double book.
Freezes, scanning problems, checking out clients takes longer than expected.
Mangomint's attention to detail is superb. They not only offer great customer assistance but genuine care for their clients.
Doesn’t show snap shot of all money gross from Service, tips, retail, retention, retail to service % all in one view like Clientrack. Need wait list for Clients to add themselves to.
Very impressed and thankful it was so easy, especially because it is pricey.
I also don’t like that the program can’t set different commission rates on different products.
Their customer service team is SO responsive, friendly, and helpful. They also save me a ton of time and headache with Shopify inventory integration.
I don’t like how the system update in real-time when you made administrative level changes and doesn’t ask you to conform the change. It’s too sleazy to make a mistake like that.

Excellent support at deployment stage; good customer service response times; very friendly staff; used to be market leaders; possibly good functionality but only available at premiums packages.
The customer service is TERRIBLE, the subscription is VERY expensive (not to mention it changes almost every year), and it is the WORST to set up correctly.
I liked the brand recognition and all the features available for business intelligence. We were glad to have the Livestream option available for classes.

I recommend Mindbody for most of my beauty & wellness clients -- it offers an all-in-one platform that is tailored to their needs, and is extremely user friendly.
I have contacted them when I was charged more than once and it took forever to talk to someone. After speaking with a representative the problem was not fixed.
Overall there is no other comparable software that suits our needs like Mindbody does. Thank goodness for their excellent customer support.
Did not allow for multi business integration. Terribly pushy sales reps. I felt bullied into buying it.

Easy to understand, hopefully boost the business, app is a great extra feature, able to use on many devices and check on the business at any time, training is great for the whole team.
Based on my previous software company there was no charge and most of my booking made over night too, so in my eyes I am concerned about this.
The support team are brilliant and always happy to support and help where they can. Customer service excellent too.

The company has hidden charges which they deduct at source so you can't see them or audit them.
Iv been using Phorest for about 7 years and it is such an asset to the business. Online bookings are hugely successful and both client and therapist friendly.
They consistently over charge and apply higher charges to bills than your original contract and insist on payment by direct debit so its not easy to detect them.
Ive only just become a customer and It is AMAZING. The support from Phorest staff is fantastic and the marketing support with ebooks and podcasts etc.
We found the training , the support team and the initial set up fantastic. From Start to finish we are thrilled we have chosen Phorest as our new soft wear company.
My staff have loved it and found it so easy to use, especially after the brilliant training we received. Any teething problems we have had and the phorest team has been extremely helpful.

What I like most about the software is the ability to add your appointments quickly to your google calendar. Its been very helpful with managing which appointments I have up for the week.
I am fuming when I block off appointments. People can still book in may have to book appointments in to stop this.
What I like most about the software is the ease of use and simplicity. It works extremely well to schedule clients and then takes some automation out of the followup process which is helpful.
Some of the functions are hidden in weird spots - it may make more sense for larger orgs but for small and single traders, managing preferences out of the 'calendar' section is a bit weird.
This is a super powerful platform to get up and running with and there are lots of awesome tutorials on YouTube for nearly any configuration you can imagine.
At this point in my usage, I am unable to make negative comments.
I love everything about the software so far. From setting up my schedule to having clients book themselves and using the zoom integration for creating automatic calls is awesome.
I don’t like that it is difficult to use with two different websites. I basically have to pay for two subscriptions because it can be difficult to plug in if it has to be used this way.
I liked that I can give special discounts and how user friendly it is to set up, even more non techies like myself. Love how easy it is to link to my website.

My experience has been very positive for the overall business and I pertain the salons growth and success largely to Zenoti tools, which are continuously being improved and upgraded.
Their inventory module is by far the worst in the industry. Multi store transactions of transfers still is not working.
I think the inventory section of the software will work very well for us, help us save time ordering and help records be more accurate. The booking is very good also.
We used this software for a handful of months when our previous software for scheduling clients was continually failing us. Zenoti did not fix this problem in the slightest.

The lack of flexibility on these ends make the work difficult and a lot of time wastage applies.
They have excellent customer service which I favor so much. They are reliable, transparent and super informative.
I was lied to at the set up. My set up was not well done.
It has several features we felt would help us increase our customer loyalty and drive more revenues from our existing customer base.
This software is very good, Honestly I researched several different platforms before I decided on this one. After using it I feel like I have definitely made the right choice.

I love the product, it's easy to use and integration with the calendar is amazing, people booking at all hours is fantastic.
A few days ago It sent two reminders to two clients that didn't correlate to the appointments in the calendar. This meant two lost appointments, loss of $300 and having to reschedule clients.
I really love this app, I like it even more since I attached the software to Instagram. Love it, really easy to use.
The fact it freeZes a lot and I’m always having to update constantly. Clients also have trouble booking and I have to do it manually.
It’s a great app , can be better I have a few ideas that I will share if u like , I start right at the beginning and I love it.
I don't yet have any features that are missing to list.
I love the ease and flexibility. I love the current features and look forward to more useful features to be added.
I understand you're probably trying to use colour to brand consistently, but Green is such an aggressive, off putting colour for people.
I have used this software for nearly 6 years now and it is a great asset to my business and I love that now you can put holidays and personal events in their as well.
You also have a wonderful team of people like [SENSITIVE CONTENT] who are very helpful anytime there’s an issue.
Easy friendly and adaptable to any kind of business. The message reminders are great to avoid no Shows and are also a great strategy to promote your services sending and offer or discount.

I loved that all of the scheduling and finance management was transferred online, as this administration side 2as a part of the business that I wasn't enjoying, but was also taking a lot of time.
This avoids many internal developments that are often inefficient or very costly.
Robust, all inclusive system, with outstanding customer support.
No Vcita no business for me. They have no live support, I've hated this from day 1.
I love the simplicity and functionality of this product.
You cannot delete appointments made in error nor can you 'actually' delete contacts.
I like the ease of use and the time efficiency that this software has brought into the administrative aspects of my ministry.
My plug in from them runs on Wordpress. When you can't fix the Vcita plugin for Wordpress in 6 weeks I think you've got some bigger problems.
I just renewed my subscription for another year because it is one of the best business tools to make life easier, to save time, and to make more money.
Overall, the Vcita team takes care of their customers, they listen and they are helpful.

This person was ALWAYS attentive and happy to help us with whatever we needed. We explained the entire situation and since then, they have been a great help at resolving any issues we encountered.
Credit card swiping feature on mobile devices is virtually non-functional. Sensitivity of the software on the "wrong" browser, wrong device, after updates, etc is frustrating.
The software is even better than MindBody and my clients love the branded app. We are very pleased with Wellness Living and I would be happy to recommend their services to future potential clients.
However...after several frustrating calls with customer service no one could figure out what was going on. Four hours go by and finally after much frustration we learn that a server went down.
Totally positive great support staff which is important to me because time is valuable and when I need it I need it now.
So you call to complain and they tell you that your "new feature request" will be noted, and when enough other people make the same request they will address it at that time.
I am obviously still learning the new system but thus far, I am super impressed with both the ease of use as well as the stellar customer support.
There are no substantive resources to train new staff with WL- this is entirely on the business to do rather than WL. No worthwhile integrations.
The onboarding was so efficient. The software itself is SUPER intuitive and some things that took 20 minutes in Mindbody only take seconds in Wellness LIving, which I LOVE.
That is a good feeling and I work thru the system daily now w/ great confidence.
For clarity sake, their customer support team is full of really nice people who want to help.
WellnessLIving has great competitive pricing which is saving me over $350 monthly; I was able to do away with two other applications.
Being a small, independent owner/operator with limited resources, Wellness Living has been a huge help. My clients have commented how easy it is to use and they appreciate the reminders.
The program and the app are very user friendly on both ends, consumer and staff. I'm very happy to be a part of Wellness Living family.
Always a phone call away and patient with real solutions. My staff found the platform intuitive and easy to maneuver to get things done quickly.3 Finally, our customers LOVE the new interface.
Cost, ease of use for both clients and staff, IT staff are friendly knowledgeable.

Recurring feature has issues, lots of steps to make a booking (client complaints), no app and mobile use is difficult.

So far my experience with Joseph and Anthony have been great. They are very patient and they make certain I have a good understanding of what I'm suppose to do.
I realize how ridiculous that sounds but if I'm searching for a con, that would be it.
Updates are always being added and whenever I have a question I LOVE the live chat. Everyone that helps me is very quick to answer and able to resolve all of my questions immediately.
I already stated that: that it occasionally shows a negative over/under amount, even when we do the exact same thing when closing.
There are not too many companies that would take a personal interest like that and I am truly grateful to him. Thanks Stephen for your great heart.

The price is absolutely fair, I am so happy to found this system. Super professional, fast and direct support.
Sometimes my customer reviews disappear from the site which is annoying. My client have contacted me at time to say they were not able to book as the site was not allowing it for some reason.
Love the ease for our clients to book and it has a built in website. It integrates with square and very affordable.
It's VERY annoying that we have to renew the free version manually on a monthly basis. This was forgotten the first couple of months, which caused issues with the widget on the website.
I love how user friendly this software is. I found the video tutorials very helpful and the customer service was prompt and friendly.
I found I was unable to resent a confirmation email to a client, may be me, but I could not find a way through their booking to resend so had to PDF print their ticket and send via normal email.
I love that it has so many features to customize the experience. As well its great help in cutting down bookings over the phone.
One downside is paying a monthly or yearly fee for something you may only use intermittently.
I've looked at different booking solutions and found SimplybookIt not only has the best solution, but it also has the best price/quality ratio. And the Support team has been very helpfull for me.
It has been a great experience and the customer support is very helpful. I would highly recommend it to anyone who needs this type of service.

Brilliant great managers that keep you on track to make sure you are optimise all the features that are constantly being updated.
The customer support service is terrible - I have had payments taken from clients that have not been transferred to me causing cash flow problems.
It makes my business run more efficiently, at a higher profit and a seamless experience for my clients. Everything about this system just works, the team have done an excellent job.
You will also be manipulated and pressured and lied to to get you off the free system and onto the payment system.
I like that it’s an easy program to use with great functions that are improving all the time.
Even though your no show fees could end up paying for the fees, if you do not have any no shows a lot of your earnings are then left to pay for the fees.
Coming from a much more complicated system like MINDBODY, Fresha was so wonderfully easy to figure out and implement. Customer service has always been so kind and responsive and happy to help.
I must admit I might be confused on the billing policy.
I LOVE EVERYTHING about this software and I LOVE watching software grow with what the CUSTOMERS are wanting.
I raised my prices a little to cover the transaction fees which are not much at all. I love fresha I’m so happy with everything they do and have done for me.
Customer service through messenger and once assigned an advisor was great. Very helpful and attentive.
It is amazingly easy to use, and since being open I have had excellent reviews from my clients on how easy it is to book an appointment.
When they aren't changing things every week, we are very happy with the product. We love the new app which makes sure my therapists know immediately when their schedule changes.
Fresha also has fast team supports even it's free. It able to Booking Online, create Vouchers, create discounts, rearrange queue for therapists, track customers, provide very good data analysis.

Everything transferred to a public vote to actually get attention and get into action, takes forever. Other then that, was charged by mistake and got credit instead of my money back.
The sms reminders are great and my customers love them. Having job locations populate with one click is also great.

I love waking up in the morning and seeing a new booking from a new customer, already paid, showing on my Timely calendar. I love the way that Timely seamlessly connects with Xero.
I had a good experience with Timely and enjoyed most of its features. The most beneficial aspect of Timely is getting notifications about appointments made through Timely.
Great for planing projects in advance and also for making a comparison between planned time and how long the employees needed to finish the task.

Some clients are missing the text reminders I pay for and therefore miss visits which is costly. The operators of the system do try to fix glitches expediently.

They changed this to listing them horizontally, which I find very hard to read, and often miss some conditions if I'm in a hurry.

There's a dorsom aspect of foot pic missing in the pictures in the soap notes. I can't remember which one.

The super cheap and easy to use interface is awesome. Being able to carry a card reader at all times has improved the way I take deposits for gear rentals.
I had to sit with my bank to file a dispute with Square, put a hold on all charges by Square, and start using an entirely different payment processor just to avoid Square stealing my money.
The compactness of it was definitely appreciated and it was nice to have one, easy to find location for all the important statistics.
A client purchased multiple packages totally thousands of dollars from my company, received the services, and then disputed the charges as 'unrecognized. I provided the following to square.

The more services a client has to choose from, the more confusing it can be. I also don't like that you have to opt-out of them marketing to our own clients for us.

The extra charges on the merchant for membership I think it is too much.
My clients frequently comment on the ease of use and their appreciation for the appointment reminders. I also like the fact That I can control so many settings and features.
I don't like that the Add-on feature will not add TIME to a service. This has been addressed to MassageBook by a lot of therapists, and they have no plans to change it.

It has many features that can be customised to suit how you run your practise. The help in setting the software up has been amazing.
Software constantly has issues, features regularly don’t work. Integrated payment system has issues and has lost us income.
Cost effective, great responsive customer support; does alot more for the business than other "just another medical record" softewares.
Lack of chat function to be able to communicate in real time with reception and other clinic rooms.
Absolutely amazing, very helpful team and out of all the softwares i have used once you are used to using Pabau, the things you can do and offer patients is endless.
However, I think the only negative I could mention is that it always takes time to learn a new system. Regardless of the provider this would always be the same so its not a negative directed at Pabau.
Easy to use and it’s great that its accessible on multiple devices in multiple locations. Functionality that other software does not have.
Difficult to apply discount at times. Sometimes, appointments were not visible on some devices.
So far it was fairly good and Now things are getting much better. It is quite a rich tool to use to manage the whole practice.
Ones we are going strong I am confident this will be a huge facilitator.

Appointment booking has been really easy to perform. Ipad integration is a great feature.
It has many features that can be customised to suit how you run your practise. The help in setting the software up has been amazing.
Software constantly has issues, features regularly don’t work. Integrated payment system has issues and has lost us income.
Cost effective, great responsive customer support; does alot more for the business than other "just another medical record" softewares.
Lack of chat function to be able to communicate in real time with reception and other clinic rooms.
Absolutely amazing, very helpful team and out of all the softwares i have used once you are used to using Pabau, the things you can do and offer patients is endless.
However, I think the only negative I could mention is that it always takes time to learn a new system. Regardless of the provider this would always be the same so its not a negative directed at Pabau.

Difficult to apply discount at times. Sometimes, appointments were not visible on some devices.
So far it was fairly good and Now things are getting much better. It is quite a rich tool to use to manage the whole practice.
Ones we are going strong I am confident this will be a huge facilitator.
The system is so clever and does so much that it's worth the money I pay. As a sole trader it has saved me so much time through automation of so many aspects of my business.
I like that it has all the features that you need in one place. I used many software before but Pabau is the best so far and it allows me and my team to do a lot of things on a daily basis.

I really like how Booker allows clients to schedule on line and purchase gift certificates. Most clients love the ability to schedule on line.
It takes forever to track and check people out. The reports are confusing and make no sense and their payroll is not customizable so I still have to outsource and pay more.
It's also super easy checking out clients, but best of all is that I'm able to manage our calendar for both therapists and clients, and reschedule with ease.
SO finally I'm writing this review and turning them into the fraud division.
Booker is easy to set up and very intuitive. The price is good and they have great customer service.
When we’re busy with services and clients, it’s a really bad situation that we can’t do anything.
It's super easy to customize, visually appealing, and overall a very user friendly booking system.
There were glitches that led to errors in bookings, etcs. Customer service and features were limited.
My experience was great with them. The customer service was great- easy to contact & fix any issues I dealt with prompt.
Overall i am slightly disappointed as the sheer cost of using it and the UX experience it provides leave a value mis-match.
Customer service is AMAZING!!!!! They are very quick to answer and fix any questions. Gift cards and client look ups are very easy to access even with out having a lot of information.
