If you wanted it to do anything you had to build out the automation and I had no experience with programming. When I told them it was not working they kept all my money and would not even give me a partial refund.

So the system acts like the minority report and in case you might accidently send emails to old contacts it stops your ability to send current prospects emails until you delete old records.   and old records to them are 4 months... if they haven't received an email in 4 months, opened one in 6 months they are OLD and limit your deliverablity.
