There are certain things that could be better with the email functions, such as CC and BCC'ing clients would be a nice option, rather than adding each email in one line because the customer doesn't know if anyone else is included on the email

I also love the estimate builder, this is very straight forward and easy to use, edit, and share.

Customers could have paired or sister accounts, if say they own more than one property, but we definitely, should be creating a "Job" under a contact.

At times, the permissions were a little confusing when assigning jobs to employees/users, however, once we figured that out, it has been flawless.

Job Nimbus is probably the most customizable CRM for roofing companies.

I feel I have to get our head rep involved on tickets /conversations with specialists because the issue is going round and round.

It's also very affordable at that. If you have the resources and time to invest in the program, I'm positive this is an industry-leading CRM.

JobNimbus is much better than DateForma, but it isn't tailored to commercial roofing or for those organizations that have service and maintenance teams.

Honestly, have used it for a couple years but really just started diving in so I'm still learning all the small things.

That being said, those integrations are often finicky at best.

This means that you are able to use the extremely powerful tools that JobNimbus offers after a few hours of training and working around in the software.

Zapier is an essential integration, and as of the time of writing, JobNimbus does support it - just not with custom fields.

What I particularly like about JobNimbus is how simple it is to add tasks and contacts and how flexible the calendar is.

Overall we have had a good experience with JobNimbus. While it  does not meet all of our needs as a whole for our company as a CRM, it is a fantastic platform for our estimation department.
