We offer a wide range of both free and paid programs, and the affordability of the product is especially felt in that regard, as we are not charged for free registrations - something we had encountered with another platform which was the ultimate dealbreaker.

This password feature is also useful for when we want to have other registrations open to only a select group - for example, our teen "Counselors in Training" at summer camp that need to go through a selection process.

The platform itself is very robust and flexible; if you’re creative, there’s so much you can do with it. While it’s clearly tailored for youth and childcare programs, it’s also easily adaptable for adult programming, which gives it the feel of a diversified portfolio of programs in one system.

I love how easy it is for families to register once they've established a profile, and the mobile app now provides easy access to pertinent camper/family contact information while I am out running camps and away from my laptop.

Certain features, like automated reminders and reporting, are not always as intuitive as we would like, and sometimes require manual follow-up or workarounds.

You currently can't take one-off payments for individual items unless you create an invoice that is linked to a class and ask a customer to pay the invoice.  

It allows us to offer more flexible payment options, which is important for accessibility in our community.

The mass imports made by Jumbula support did not work properly; even though we provided the data exactly by filling out the template, and the support emailed us it was successfully imported; the families and student accounts were not mapped; anybody just could log in and sign up.

We made do by using the confirmation emails Jumbula generates, but it seems like there should be a more specific function to retrieve a proof of purchase several weeks or months after registration.

From an administrative standpoint, it’s largely a matter of becoming familiar with where tools and settings are located—once that happens, the system works smoothly.

Jumbula has been a helpful platform for managing our homeschool programs and registrations.

Overall, my experience using the Jumbula platform for the T.W. Wood Museum’s Afterschool Art Program has been positive, though it did come with a learning curve.
