Customer service is very responsive and friendly. Color scheme/design of software is nice.
I am confused as to why we have to set up an activity AND a camp or semester.
Love the comprehensive scheduling capabilities and the way it works with my website.
The reports that you are able to run are useless. Parents should be able to register and select check or homeschool funds.
I love their prompt replies to help requests. They are easy to work with and overall the platform is easy to use.
I noticed that, when I added a few more weeks to an existing semester, a few random classes were displayed as cancelled. This happened immediately after I added the weeks.
The features are intuitive and it integrated seamlessly into my Squarespace website. From the customer point of view, the design is attractive and easy to use.
The activities are all listed in one category, so they are difficult to separate.
Whenever I run into something that does not fit or work for us, I do get a reply within a day which is super important.
This software is instructor/ educator friendly. I absolutely love it prior to the training I was able to understand how to navigate the system to create booking and contact customers.
Overall I am satisfied with the program. It’s more affordable than hiring someone to do the enrollment for me and saves me a lot of time.

The customer service people are wonderful to deal with. They are typically very knowledgeable and helpful.
What happens to a family that has 3 children all enrolling in the same camps, because the cost is the same, it sometimes flags a fraud alert.
The new API capabilities ties into Google Docs which, to me, is a game changer. Their customer service is terrific - the team responds quickly and effectively to all tickets submitted to the database.
The only thing I have trouble with (and might be my PC/connectivity) is to log in at the billing portal to print the monthly receipt for reconciliation purpose.
This software is very easy to navigate and the customer service is great. The rep always explains things clearly and helps customize the program.
It's not cheap software, and every year we debate whether we can afford to continue using it. The other issue is that they lack functionality in the Staff module for dealing with minors as staff.
The tutorials are so helpful and I have been able to use it for several reports and I like the ease of group e-mails to my families.

This is awesome given that we are a nonprofit and host many different classes, camps, workshops, and events. I also love the ease of access when creating discount codes, etc.
There are recurring system errors that cause failures in payment processing.
And - where and when we do hit speed bumps - RegPack's team have always been at the ready to hold our hands and walk us through. They are super helpful, super responsive, and proactive at every step.
But it is somewhat complicated for the end user. I am constantly fielding phone calls and emails from parents who are having trouble finding classes, logging in, updating Child Profiles, etc.
I also love the report building, and the ability to export the whole application, including uploaded documents in ONE STEP. I love a lot of things, so it's hard to say what I love the "most.
The password/login feature glitches A LOT. Parents end up getting frustrated and creating a new account instead of logging in because the Reset Password function almost NEVER works properly.
The interface is attractive and easy to use, helping us to look polished and professional with our clients.
Very difficult to use and had many glitches that had to be fixed as we tried to get it to do what Regonline could do.
I really like how easy this software allows for question formats. I like the ability to have the complex question formats.
I have to say that Amanda Neis was amazing. She was able to set up the most critical project easily and effortlessly and within my very rapid turnaround.
The software integrates wonderful and seamlessly into our current website - no fussing with sending our members to an unknown website for registration.
Regpack has work with me over a year now due to the pandemic and they have been so flexible and willing to work with me. I feel like I am more then just a customer, but a person they truly care about.
We love the ability to create different projects with different needs, such as registration. One project could be for camps that parents fill out and one for adults where only tickets are purchased.
The discount structure of our program was so easy to set up in the system. We loved that part of it.
RegPack and the RegPack Customer Service team have just been awesome.
The new interface on the back end is easy to use with a great search function. And the autobilling makes it really easy to make sure everyone is paid up.
I love that products can be categorized and bulk triggers can be added. Payment processing and report pulling is easy and fully customizable.

Amilia has appeared to be receptive to feedback and have continued to try to improve their product, which is good to see. I hope that the product continues to get better and better.
Invoices for corporate accounts are terrible (no editable, not credits or additional fees). Students from corporate accounts are difficult to registration from an account level (not family-enrolled).
I like the ability to integrate the store via iFrame, as well as their customer service. Their help staff are all great.
What they lack in customization is the number of reports they offer; however that is not always enough.
Amilia has been a great help to us, helping boost revenue and making our lives easier with its features.
The account code reporting for registrations received is complicated and hard to run/find. The customer side is very difficult the very first time.
The experience has been wonderful. The training was completely different from how we ended up using the software but ultimately its been quick and easy to learn/implement.
It's really store based which is odd for a registration software.
I like how clean and professional the store looks. I also like the capability to offer installment payment plans, early bird discounts, and tiered pricing for my camps.
Are we supposed to tell people they can only use desktop and chrome to register in our advertisements. It's embarassing and I am constantly apologizing to customers.
The customer service is superior. Everyone is always extremely kind, patient, professional, and helpful.

When we went live, something on Jumbala's end was not set up properly with Stripe. Customers tried to register and got an error message.
The dashboard is comprehensive and provides a great overview, classes are easy to set up and I love that there is a video option.
No user manual or FAQs; only a handful of tutorial videos available. Counterintuitive navigation.
The Jumbula staff are undeniably responsive to and genuinely interested in our feedback and requests. We highly recommend them.

The platform is a Service offered by the payment processor, webconnex. You are basically forced to use their payment system or pay a high per sale charge.
The forms are nice, the software is easy to use, the support is great and an affordable price for the product and service offered.
The payment options for deposits are a little limited at this time.

During the camp season, I no longer have to notify parents of missing information as they were able to figure that out themselves.
All the information is inputted directly by the parents and is accessible to our medical staff to reference whenever needed. The reports are wonderful and helpful.
The representatives also seemed less willing to help our staff this year when called with problems, less educated on problem solving, and at times, short on the phone or by email with our staff.
Many of the functions are easy to use, and very helpful. I love that they are always willing to customize to what our needs are.

With my previous software, I never felt like they listened to my concerns. MyStudio is always asking us what we need and how they can improve their software to be the best in the industry.
Appointments function is awful. Class types and memberships restrictive and not fully customisable.
Great customer service, innovative and forward thinking development team. My experience with MyStudio has always been positive and pleasant from the onset.
Billing is terrible and will cause double charging issues and confusion.

The only downside I've experienced is that there are so many features and options it can be overwhelming.

Great product, definetly the best we had over the last few years. Perfect for surf Camps, hotels, surfschools etc.
It takes a bit to set up your way of business but it is well worse it.
We get more joy in doing bookings and administration and save a lot of time. Very grateful with customer service as well.
Its packages are somehow complicated and sometimes makes it difficult for me to go through it.
Fast loading times, great design, super friendly support personnel, very generous on pricing plans.
There are a few features missing but since my business field is a bit outside Bookinglayers core area I guess that is normal.
It functionality is great and easy to use. It is perfect that accommodation management is included along with activities.
Configuration takes a bit of time but it’s so simple and I’m not sure we can find any software with fast configuration as we all need to specify our products.

There is little to no integration with Amilia's facility rentals.
The new forms I've built are beautiful (who knew forms could ever be beautiful!?) and the way it tracks the information that our participants provide has saved a ton of time.
It's a weird (in my opinion) two-step process but, it does work.
Not only are the open to suggestions, they are willing to implement and have been so open to feedback on what works and what could be tweaked - just outstanding customer service.
The biggest problem Activity Messenger has solved for us is electronic waivers.
The integration with Amilia and ability to connect with our specific client lists is wonderful. This has been essential this year with so many changing dynamics due to the pandemic.
There are 3 useful pricing structure tiers great for several different sized organizations or business. It allows you to integrate with Canva.com and Pixel, both of which can be free.
The customisation that we can do and the true collaboration with Activity Messenger's team. The integration with our business processes is also great.

I have been with active for over 12 years, I love their customer service, their software, and their dedication to bringing healthy lifestyles to people all over. It's a wonderful company.
They did not complete our set up until the day before it went live- which was completely ridiculous.
The support from Active employees as well as the user friendly software. The initial walk thru and set up with a capable instructor from Active was key to our success.
The pop up adds have bothered some of our customers.
We have used Active for our camps programs for many years, and are very pleased with its functionality, reliability, speed and support.

The reporting feature is invaluable to our business and our forcasting. I love the seamless integration with our website.
Custom fields errored so I couldn't make necessary fields required, fields disappeared over a weekend, booking fields didn't show for the customer.
It has been very user friendly on both the administrative and customer ends. We were able to successfully integrate it onto our personal website as well as other social media pages very easily.

This has elevated the customer experience, the teacher experience, and our financial capabilities. I am super excited to not have to merge any more letters or receipts anymore.
But our website was so incredibly inefficient that I didn't see how we could do it without redoing our website which was in desperate need of a redo.
Their customer service is superb and I am so grateful for this software in my life to make running my preschool much easier.
I disliked the card processor we had to use, setting up another merchant account. However that had nothing to do with the overall software.
It's great peace of mind to know that help is there when you need it. I have to say, we have been extreemly happy and can't believe we didn't make the move to Enrollsy sooner.
I am a very skeptical person. If it's not broke don't fix it - is my motto.
This software has been easy to navigate, customize, and fits to exactly what our school needs. They have great customer support and are always very responsive to any questions I have.
I anticipate that this will greatly reduce how many late payments I'll have to track down. Our instructors can also easily send a quick text or photo to parents from their app.

As a parent, I don't even think twice about paying preschool tuition each month. Our School Hangout offers auto pay and again takes one more thing off my to-do list.

We have one product that is charged every week to a different group of people. This group is 120-150, we have to individual sell that product to each person.
We love the flexibility of the software, the responsiveness of the developers, the simplicity of the payment processing, and the ease of use for our administrative staff.
Some may find it difficult to adjust to things on the bank side.
I would highly recommend this camp software especially if you are looking to customize a system to fit your needs and you can appreciate good customer service.

You either have to cancel and restart the registration and use a promo code to allow for the payments received to date or take the check and let it continue to show as "failed payment" for every.

Selling a class or camp registration from the back end can be a little time consuming. I find it a slight pain to have to start with the parents email address to begin an order.
CourseStorm is easy to use and provides a comprehensive registration program for our campers. Customer service is excellent and functionality has been improving.
The ability to have a customer type in their email twice (this would avoid typos of the wrong email address which happens a lot!).
We love the CourseStorm staff. They are not only helpful, but friendly and always get back to us so quickly.
