What is LGI RPA?
LGI RPA (formerly Boston WorkStation) is a healthcare-grade robotic process automation platform that removes the manual, error-prone steps hidden inside Epic, Cerner, MEDITECH, Allscripts and ancillary systems. In a no-code studio, analysts drag-and-drop actions to create “digital workers” that log in, click, type and read screens exactly as a human does. Key functions include process recorder, visual workflow editor, rules engine, bot scheduler, real-time dashboard, audit log, and role-based access control.
Out-of-the-box connectors support HL7, FHIR, SFTP, FTP and REST / SOAP APIs, while built-in encryption and on-prem Windows execution keep PHI behind your firewall and compliant with HIPAA, SOC 2, and ISO 27001 guidelines.
