It definitely speeds up membership administration duties, and the members love their new members only portals!
It is very intuitive, and they have a robust support forum that is available at the click of a button.
We have uncovered several bugs in features that are supposed to be available to us, yet are not functioning.

Customer Service used to be second to none. Today you have to wait 2-3 days for a response or schedule a 15-minute call on someone's calendar. To be blunt, customer service sucks now. If I'm. working on something and need help I need it now, not 2 or 3 days later.
It works, once you get things set up correctly it works very well
Written by programmers and the sequencing doesn't make sense to the average user. It is cumbersome at times to navigate the backside when trying to get things set up.

New updates allow for easy set up of new members and registration for events. Easy access to member information. My director, sets up the events and would be able to give you more feedback regarding that part of the software.
Members sometimes have a difficult time registering from their phones. The visual display of weblink pages that are embedded in chamber pages should be enhanced. Difficulty in sizing sponsor logos on event pages. It was suggested that weblink integrate into an app.

i have been using this product for over 6 years and the growth is amazing! Keep up the good work!
Weblink has become so user friendly. it is a great database for out Chamber! There are tons of ways to store information and pull it out as needed!
Minor updates needed along the way. The event module needs some speed for our larger events. The website could be a little more customizable as well.

Up until a few months ago it was good, except the reports which was always awful. Now the whole program is running badly.
Easy to learn, database is easy, a lot of detail in the fields.
custom reports are nearly impossible, and lately it has been running slowly all the time and crashing constantly. I have not been able to run my invoices two months in a row I have had to contact support. I can't even get in to the software right now and do my work. I am sitting hear waiting for someone from support again because the program wont open at all. I don't know what you guys did to the program but it is running badly and it is frustrating every.single.day.

I think there's a lot of potential, but it's also buggy and the executive Director, bookkeeper and I are convinced we were never set up correctly.
I doo like how feature rich it is and set up for the most part is user friendly.
There are features missing, mostly in communication. emailing from the system is not working to its full potential in term in terms of ccing more than one contact on a profile and no ease of searching sent emails or resending. Reading communication records from the profile is messy when copyme is used.

We previously had a database that was designed for membership organizations with singular members not business members like ours. The switch was not easy because of all of the training requirements, but if you take the time to do it right MemberClicks is a real asset for your business. Our database is cleaner and more comprehensive than it has been in my 20 years with this organization.
if it's set up right and the entire staff commits to using it daily, it works for association management.
They continually changed their name and we got tired of it. (JK)

Once you get the database populated and everything tagged, labeled, etc. It works really well. It lets me pull up all of the people for one company in one place. I do not have to try to search through Outlook, Mail Chimp, and spreadsheets for the information. (Warning: We signed up in May and was told that as long as we met all of our required information deadlines, we would be fully up and live by August 31. I had to constantly poke and prod and remind them that we needed stuff done. Finally the beginning of December we were fully live with all aspects of Weblinks).
I like that I am able to send invoice in a batch vs. one by one. I also like the fact that I can set up meetings and events through the CRM as well. I no longer have to use a separate ticketing platform. The Support Chat Team is hands down some of the most amazing people I have ever worked with. They truly want you to be successful with the software.
How long it took to get out full database up and running. The number of clicks it takes to do one task. The excessive complexity of trying to get the accounting side to communicate with our bookkeeping software. The training videos and the set up consultant do not cover the issues that we ran into.

It has been good, I know everyone is short staffed, but the lack of customer service and delayed wait times puts a lot of stress on a one person run organization
The one stop shopping for everything in one place is great. Website, email, and membership management.
I feel like updates are not always communicated, a new features can be difficult to use without a heads up on how to use them.

It has been good. The experience with the trainings, set-up and overall use has been positive. We prefer this to the system we had in the past which did not provide us with the support we needed or updates we wanted. We are able to customize and make the information our own which is great.
The ease of use, assistance during set-up, and the customer service whenever we need help. The calendar management and mass communication tool is very good too.
The revenue reports cannot be customized which we would prefer. The ones they have are ok, could be better. Also the invoicing system and tracking you need to practice to get used to it. I usually go back to the training.

Overall I have been very happy with them and the many improvements over the past few years have been great.
We have used this data base for 10 years. It's easy to move employees when they change businesses so you don't end up with duplicates. You have lots of information about your members at the tip of your fingers. It's relatively easy to set up events, billing and more. Invoicing is easy once you get everything set up. Reconciling events is also a breeze. There are a ton of reports plus you can make your own queries. If you have a quick question the Chat is an easy way to get help. We only use a fraction of the options available so there is much that this system can do.
Some of the areas that we don't like is that some of the reports are skewed due to how it pulls the data and we are not able to customize them to get what we need. The communication module doesn't always work well with Constant Contact. The event module works best if you can get your members to use their member login which isn't an easy transition for old time members. The new browser version still has a lot of tweaks that need fixed to work accurately.

We contracted with MemberClicks last fall 2013. Wearing lots of different hat, I got really busy during the set up period (you will be assigned to a MmClicks specialist who will work with you in setting up your MMClicks account) and unfortunately have not used that service to its full extent. However, I trully think the Customer Service is the BEST! I have been focusing on MemberClicks since the last few months and every time I had questions they were answered in less than 24 hours. Many times the Help Team has stepped up and showed me how to complete something. I am getting our system ready to allow our members to login and connect with each other. We are really excited about this next step!

I have had many, many an occasion to contact the MemberClicks Help Center. ALWAYS the staff there have been available, knowledgeable, and friendly. Thanks to much help from them, our website is finally up and running! I still call them occasionally to resolve some issue that has cropped up. Memberclicks was decent, enjoyable and easy to use. Can't recall much frustration with it. Used it to monitor and send emails designed for a 5000+ membership list for a non-profit dealing with members of the post production portion of the entertainment industry, modifying emails depending on the level of member or non-member the e-mail went out to
The ability to watch how people responded to your email, either how they opened it up and if they read it at all. That really helped gauge our content.
How people could have multiple email addresses and difficulty of consolidating them into one account.

MemberClicks allows our organization to manage our member base easily and streamline the event management side of things at the same time. The financial side of creating invoices, reports, making payments and billing our members flows smoothly. We also have the ability to track affiliations and member benefits with MemberClicks. We also have our Website designed by MemberClicks, which transitions well with our members logging in to sign up for events, change their profile and keep up with their invoice payments in a usable and clean interface.
The ability to access all the information in our system on a member of our organization, and share their referrals and participation with them at a click of the button. MemberClicks understands the needs of a chamber of commerce to keep our members engaged and provide feedback in a streamlined approach. The software stays ahead of industry standard practices with innovative and timely updates!
Some updates change key components that our office has become used to depending on. But with any change, the customer support provides a timely response and turn around to keep us going in the direction we need to go. The MemberClicks software does require a lot of internet, but once we increased our speed of internet, things flow much smoother and in a timely way.

Our experience with our Non-Profit organization has been nothing short of amazing and positive experiences with MemberClicks. The customer service is friendly, engaging and always willing to help. If they are not able to help, they will find the support and help needed to solve the problem.
Our organization loves the ease of record keeping with existing members and new/prospect members all in one place. This software ties nicely into report management functions, mass email functions and doing event forms (annual conference) along with membership driven capabilities. The ease and use of the software is easy to understand and having MemberClicks tutorial articles and live-time customer-based support is phenomenal.
When you have multi-tiered price points for a membership driven organization with variable date ranges, some forms can be a bit tricky to set up to meet that multi-level criteria.

Their server is rarely down, they have live tech support chat and tons of online training. The offer desktop and browser options.
It's easy to use, you can have multiple users (all your staff) and the tech support is exceptional.
Sometimes it seems to have too many steps to accomplish a task. Example, setting up a new member requires about 30 steps, but I'm not sure other software would be better at this.

I love the customer support team- they are always so helpful, and if they don't have the answer, they find it! They also follow up with an email that recaps your conversation.
I wish there were a few more options for the front side of our website- there are a few small tweaks that we would like to make that just aren't possibilities at this time. There is however a place where Memberclicks accepts feedback from users, and I truly feel like they listen to what our needs are.

Initial set-up was a bit difficult and time-consuming. Initial training could have been better. Some of the features seem better suited for individual membership and are not ideal for organizational membership.

Memberclicks has fantastic customer service. They have a Help Center tool that allows you to search past issues/questions and contact their help team. Replies have always been prompt and they are great about working with you until your issue/question has been resolved.
We had a few mishaps with getting our forms set up for members to join or renew, so it took longer than expected. However, the end result is exactly what we were looking for.

It is a great tool for small associations who want a nice layout of content and who manage a database in the back-end. We also can see quickly the forms that are linked and those who completed it, and we can send a message to users. The Newsletter and Messages also can be viewed with Open Rates, which helps us see our impact. The customer support is incredible, and they have helped every step of the way from implementation to random questions.
It lacks clean and easy features, such as a better calendar that can be shown in pop-up or used on mobile devices. Newsletter creation, media manager and social community are all pretty cumbersome.

Getting several stand alone products all inclucded with MemberClicks saves time and funds. The customer services is the most outstanding we have ever experienced.
Outstanding Customer Service. Response to suggestions . Users experience and ease of set up. Detailed directions. Contact center, collection of funds, upload options for media, all included with data base. End-user experience. Reports for easy viewing.
Calendar-lack of diversity to have live programs dates and on-demand event with continuous dates which overloads the calendar. Forms can be challenging with expanded programs. Lack of end user to upload files to their profile.
