Some of the features that seem the most useful are only available if you pay for the higher plans, which can get expensive if you’re just starting out or have a small team

It seemed like it was designed for larger teams and my business doesn't have a big team.

The pricing strategy is annoying, we have to limit which 5 people have access or risk nearly doubling our cost (that's why I've given 4 stars)

For me it was such a departure from what I was used to tho that it took me half a day to comprehend the added capabilities of this product..not that I guess that is bad overall, but I felt kind of bewildered for a little bit..
