Customer service is awful. When trying to troubleshoot, they would book "fake" appointments in the live system, which blocked off my stylists' availability and cost them customers.

It will not allow me to open the appointment or click on it without me dragging it over times or trying 16 times.

I was sold a solution, that never truly materialized. After everything was negotiated with their sales team, we went into the contact phase, at that point, the [sensitive content hidden], denied the agreement to seek a higher rate.

we have to use their credit card processor and managing disputes is a challenge

Salonspa Connection was hired to assist with marketing for a 2 location spa.

This product does not work well for our client yet they have struggled through to try and adjust.

It reminds me of the screen in Moneyball when Billy Bean is speaking with David Justice.

His truly unprofessional manner throughout never demonstrated partnership nor an effort to build long term relationships.

Needless to say, we have transitioned to a new solution that is more stable and a partner.  

We made the transition prior to the end of our contract with MyTime.

CC processing via Tsys has been decent but that is not a result of MyTime it is a function of the processor.  

Some of the customer service reps are good and some are not, just like in any company.

The Yankees are paying you $3.5MM to play against them!”

The porting over of our data was quick and seamless and we have 99% of what we need.  

I wouldn't change anything about this time management program.

I really like the two-way texting features.

I think it is expensive compared to other options and the pricing structure feels very nickel and dime.

Overall mostly happy we made the switch, but wish it wasn't so expensive and wish some bugs would be addressed.

All they do is give you links to articles on their customer support page and take days, sometimes even weeks to respond to you regarding ongoing issues.

Even after I had already performed the service, they insisted on holding the funds. When I contacted customer service, they blamed an onboarding issue with my medical director and even asked for his personal password from another account something completely unprofessional. After I expressed my frustration (politely, without any rude behavior), I received an email stating they were dropping my account entirely and refunding all charges to the clients I had already serviced. If these had been new clients with no prior relationship, I could have easily lost thousands of dollars.

However, my most favorite thing about Vagaro is the interaction and follow through of customer service and the constant improvements with the software!
