CRM...
Interface is fairly clean. Price is reasonable. Kind staff. Good Midwestern folk are a nice break from Silicon Valley types. Attempt to be progressive is appreciated.
Missing obvious reports like a weighted pipeline. Customization with reports is limited. Integration with Google and Mailchimp in particular feels lighter than what would be ideal. Built-in mail campaigns lack quality formatting options and attachments. Support is very slow to respond. I've watched the service get worse over time.
Hi Stephen, We appreciate you taking the time to provide us feedback. We are working on the items you mention below. I am responsible for integrations and will tackle getting more Mailchimp functionality embedded into Nutshell. Attachments are on the way and we will continue to work on making Nutshell more robust. Thank you for being part of the Nutshell community.

I have loved using Nutshell since we got it a few years ago. I particularly enjoy the support team. They are always incredibly helpful and I feel like my feedback is taken seriously and considered. They are also quick to respond and very friendly.
I like that it sends email notifications, has an API that we can use, allows for custom fields, can track emails, and manages scheduling.
It doesn't incorporate into many other systems. We have mostly switched to using Hubspot because Hubspot has everything together. We are trying to track leads from their point of origin through to the sale and beyond and Hubspot seems to do that the best. I guess we kind of grew out of Nutshell. I believe other portions of our company are still using it though.

Everything you need is there, creating and managing customers informations is better than Hubspot
There's is no platform wide search engine and customer notes are a bit of hassle to modify.
Thank you for sharing your positive feedback about Nutshell, Alexandre! We're glad to hear Nutshell is helping your team manage customer data more effectively! And thank you for sharing your wish for a platform-wide search function and easier way to edit notes. We're always striving to make Nutshell the best CRM for our customers, so I'll be sure to pass along your feedback to our development team! Happy Nutshelling! Jewell from Nutshell

fantastic CRM tool
-customisable -ease of use -good flexible way of adapting it -frames the sales process but along your individual requirements -great support staff -software development is prompt to deliver -as a customer I feel listened to
-the iPhone version needs an internet connection; could be an issue for people on the road: could be done on a sync basis to ensure contacts and adresses are always available
Pierre, Thank you for your feedback! We work hard to ensure that all of our customers are provided the support they need, I'm you're able to take advantage of that! We're happy to be working with you. Cheers, Asya

Helpful for what we needed, and without Nutshell we would've had a much harder time keep track of 100s of contacts
I appreciated Nutshell tracking the number of viewership, clicks, reads, etc. This helped us better accommodate our building members.
Wasn't the most user friendly CRM we could have used.

Light CRM without a big cost.
Tracks all emails in and out of system. Looks for information on social media.
No print feature. Would like to print lists of companies and people to give to route visitors... Paper is better for some tasks. Bulk deletion is weird.

I have used a number of different systems including Zoho, Hubspot, Pipedrive. I like Nutshell's flexibility and ease of use.
Tags - are the most used feature - so I can easily segment lists. The ability to sort with multiple tags. Easy importing from a spreadsheet.
Having to add a tag into the system BEFORE uploading a contact spreadsheet. If the tag doesn't already exist - the import fails. Which is an extra step and a waste of time.

Nutshell is our agency's CRM system.
I love its intuitive design and user interface. The bcc functionality to Nutshell records is one of my favorite features.
Sometimes it flags duplicates that seem completely unrelated. Other than that, it works really well for what I need it to do.

It's easier than our previous CRM.
Your search engine sucks: when I'm searching a lead by typing its name, I can't find it. It's very annoying. I'm looking for different, more friendly stuff. Also, you are in different time zone, when I need help, when servers are down I have to wait hours for an answer, because you are probably sleeping when I'm working.
Hi Krzysztof, Thanks for your feedback. We are working on ways to expand our CX to be more accessible in different time zones. Search is also at the top of our list to enhance. We appreciate you being a part of the Nutshell community. Amanda

It's CRM that actually is liked and used!
Easy and flexible setup; consistently clear design. Can use basic functions without tripping over the advanced ones, and can gradually add feature/function for a smooth transition from beginner to power user. I also like the way you have color-keyed the function buttons to the main color on functional screens. A nice visual orientation cue!
I worked full-time in the design profession for 17 years, so this is a 'studied' critique: There is a lot of market pressure for tech products to follow design trends. Unfortunately, design trends often are based on designers designing for other designers -- which tends to leave certain kinds of user needs out in the cold. One of the most common of these 'orphaned' needs is the need for contrast...
Hi Mark! Thanks for taking the time to give us some feedback. We appreciate the positive review and will pass along the feedback to our design team. Thanks for being part of the Nutshell community. Amanda

A good CRM for documenting info and storing data.
Easy to search, sort, and document in this database. Extracts are simple to run and download. Overall it's a solid system.
Ideally, some of the contacts should be easier to line up for a company. A drag and drop would be great to manipulate the main contact.

Ease of creating reports, notifications, and ability to rope in multiple users on leads to keep everyone up to date. Love the customization of the sales process as well.
Exporting reports is not ideal for importing into email marketing solutions and email marketing integrations like MailChimp are fairly weak. (Can only import into a list, not a specific group in a list.) Integrations in general are lacking and may one day be the reason we move to a CRM that better integrations with Hubspot. Connecting data across People, Companies and Leads can also be frustrating - i.e. source does not transfer throughout, tags are different, etc.
Hi Liz, Thanks for your feedback. I am currently overhauling our integrations so that our users get more functionality. I hope to have these available in the next few weeks. Amanda

The official API is very very limited. They published their JSON-RPC APIs but the documentation and the functionality are not good. It's barely usable.

It's very easy to use. There's no fluff in your way to get through recording good notes on sale leads. There's not much training required.
Reporting is very weak. You will not know important KPI or deal flow info from this CRM.

I found it cumbersome to keep up with the steps. I don't find it productive to spend so much time documenting what I have done to advance a sale.
The search capability is the best of any CRM I have used.
Too many steps to keep up with to get through a sale.

The overall straightforward operation and how easy it is to keep track of customers, Emails, follow ups.
Searching fields eg. phone numbers, addresses - you have to search all fields. Copying other CRM data into Nutshell.

I use it daily for my CRM and will not use anyone else's.
What is there not to like! Ease of use. Easily integrates with a slew of other software and GMAIL to pull in your records. Follow-up with cards like Trello to follow through on deals. Support - again best in class. Mobile APP ... OMG!
Really - I have no cons. They actually listen to the community for ideas

A great experience. their Ann Arbor team is so nice and helpful, it really should be the model of support for CRM companies. I dread the day that this company sells its product to a bigger CRM company, because inevitably that's when the support starts going downhill, but for now its the best, little CRM ever made, in my opinion.
Okay, first off, there's never been a sales CRM / pipeline management tool that feels as good as this one. Our groups and meetings sales teams still feel a thrill when they drag and drop closed leads over the 'Win Lead' button and back when I demo'd it myself, I also loved it. The pipeline is visually represented so easily that ANY salesperson can handle it. Let me repeat that last part,... so easy that ANY salesperson can handle it... so if you've got a high-energy, super I-type personality team that hates tech but loves people,... THIS IS YOUR NEW CRM.
Occasionally dupe entries on calendars when we first rolled out, but then we switched our integration to Office 365 and its been smooth sailing.

For some one new to CRM, Nutshell can be a good place to start.
CRM pipeline management, Contact management and lead form are my favourites. I used their lead forms in my website to easily collect the contact details. Email sequencing is my most used feature.
I dont use their email marketing tool much.

Amazing support! They were there whenever I needed them. Nothing better than instant chat support. Easy product to use, configure, and support from an Internal IT perspective. When we were forced away from using them, it was very easy to get all our data out.
Nothing at all comes to mind. They were great to work with and the product fully solved our CRM issues.

I had high hopes for this CRM, but in the end it falls short. I am looking for a simple, straightforward CRM for my real estate business. They are on to some really good things, but they aren't there yet.
The interface is clean, simple and attractive. It seems intuitive to learn. The CRM integrates with Google and Twitter, and has mobile apps. One of the most unique features is the ability to log (and record) calls. No additional software is required, I registered my cell number, and simply by clicking a phone number in the program, it uses my cell to place and track the call. There is a main feed that tracks all activities made by the team (which I don't need), and a clear, easy to read dashboard.
The CRM did not like my IMAP email--it took over a week to get it to work. The system also does not pull in emails other than Gmail (which I don't use for business). Email tracking is done via a bcc address. The system also boasts that it has a top-secret method for constantly searching the net to fill in missing information on contacts, yet it can't even find straightforward Facebook profiles. For the price ($20/month) this CRM just doesn't do enough to justify the cost.

Ease of use is very comfortable. The free version is way enough for simple organizations. Intuitive interface
I think the design of the interface could be improved. Very similar to Nutshell. Can be confusing sometimes
