There are many much superior softwares available that are cheaper, easier to run and integrate easier into other business softwares.

They consistently over charge and apply higher charges to bills than your original contract and insist on payment by direct debit so its not easy to detect them.

This allows our management team to make reports and help with any booking/sales issues our receptionists may have.

I already stated that:  that it occasionally shows a negative over/under amount, even when we do the exact same thing when closing.

I first had it set up through the computer software completely, but changed it to the terminal service because the computer software was hard for some of my employees to understand.

Hard to change things and I think you should be able to move the appointments just by grabbing them with curser instead of pressing reschedule if it is for the same day.

I want to say that I am truly appreciative of Stephen Wiggins. When my business took a big hit, and lost 7 employees and over $500.00 in revenue, Stephen worked with me to help me get back on my feet.
