The dashboard and sharing controls are a big strength, because you can tailor what each customer sees and keep reporting focused on the right insights.

The report designer tool has a little bit of a learning curve and feels a little primitive. While the tool does have the ability to modify beyond the basic parameters, it requires advanced technical skill and custom CSS.

Pointerpro has allowed us to streamline and automate our questionnaires and report generation, saving significant amounts of admin time.

Maximum graphic size is fairly small which required me to split up graphics in some instances in order to appear to be a single high-resolution image.
