Pros
What I like and appreciate about Assessment Generator is the ease of use and the ability to customize the appearance, format, questions, and responses.
I love assessment generator and the whole team. The platform is easy to use, the team is highly responsive and supportive in answering my questions or making things happen for my customized reports.
Flexibility in the ability to customize my assessments and questionnaires to meet the needs of my clients and the terrific results graphs. Customer service is always personal and easy contact.
Cons
Because we have so many assessments it's hard for me to figure out just looking at the main page which client it's for.
I can't turn off the scoring in a couple of my assessments that have no meaning to my clients. It creates a small level of confusion with them.
At first, I was a little uncertain as to how to set it up to do what I want.

The platform enabled all the customizations we needed to embed, customize, and brand.

Pros

It enabled us to launch a self-service assessment and onboarding tool for our community.

Cons

As a monthly software-as-a-service, it is on the higher side.

Good Value for Assessments

Pros

Makes creating assessments available for small busienss owners with limited capital resources for softawre solutions

Cons

The UX is not ideal and does not allow you to customize the look and feel as much as other programs (Typeform for example is gorgeous and offers slick navigation espeically on mobiel). Also the limited number of assessments aviallbe per tier is prohibitive. I would use the tool more if the pricing was more amenable to a business of my size for this type of tool. Also the backend of editign assesmnts and changing questisn is a bit clunky and we have had to rewrtie some asessments from scratch once we realized in tesing that it did not perform the way would like it to.

Your comments are very helpful in that regard. We welcome your feedback on the pricing and limitations of the various tiers in our software. If you don't need all of your assessments at the same time, you might consider disabling some that aren't being actively used. Disabled assessments don't count toward your account limits. The total assessment package

Outstanding experience from start to finish! As we evaluated the product, the support available was wonderful. As I began using the product, the resources available to help create your assessment were beautifully developed and readily available to answer any question I had. It truly set the bar for the industry. I was able to create my first assessment, completely self-guided in using the resources available, and it has worked seamlessly ever since. We are proud of a professional platform, with dependable execution that emits class and professionalism to our clients. The value that this software delivers, with the ability to have customized PDFs delivered based on responses, is unmatched.

Pros

With assessment generator, we were able to find all the high-value features needed, with a platform that was easy to implement, manage, and depend on. The personal customer support and educational resources created set the bar for the industry, and were immensely helpful in creating my first assessment. The execution of the survey is emits class and professionalism.

Cons

There are no shortcomings to report in using this product.

Really great tool

I wanted to produce a questionnaire that would enable me to deliver a scorecard of results directly to my client. I was struggling to find a way to automate the report delivery on my budget. Assessment Generator does it. The interface is great and really easy to use but the editor isn't much fun for a non-coder like me. It's not as sexy as some other tools like Typeform either. It's more functional than pretty. The support has been great though.

Pros

It's simple to use and automates the delivery of a report really well, which saves me from creating reports manually.

Cons

The editor is hard to use and it doesn't have the feel of a modern interface. I'd love to see more creativity in the reporting options and an easier-to-use editor.
