What is pro-WINNER?
pro-WINNER is software for managing clubs and non-profit organizations. The administrative functions relate to members, activity leaders, and donations. At the same time, there are digital solutions for managing contributions and financial accounting.
Address and membership data can be imported from other systems. In addition to fee accounting and time recording, the administration of activity leaders includes SEPA transfer payments. Contribution system debit entries, SEPA direct debits, and invoice schedules are processed via the software. Thanks to the integrated word processing function, users can create individual invoice forms, serial emails, letters, and circulars. All donations are recorded in the software, which can also be used to customize donation forms. The integrated function for financial accounting is client-capable and offers various evaluation functions.
pro-WINNER is available as a single, network, and online version. The latter offers modular expansion and integrates members into the software, allowing them to book halls, courses, places, and rooms.
