Sales and Marketing CRM
Salesforce has it all. All features you can think about Salesforce offers. It is very convenient way to manage all of you contacts, potential deals, current and past sales etc. in one place.
I do not like mobile version at all. It is not adaptive, very hard to operate and even missing some features.

Salesforce has really helped streamline all the sales processes for the sales team at my company. I work int he Marketing Department and now we can accurately track which campaigns and marketing initiatives are working and which aren't.
There is no customer service support outside of the weird office hours that you need to call in and sit through all the questions for.

Our sales team has pushed and pushed and pushed to be on Sales Force, because it's the number 1 CRM tool for sales people.. I know they are innovative, promotes a vibrant user community, and interfaces with a lot of other technologies.. but, it is very difficult to use in my opinion. and, if you want to introduce anything to the system, you have to use an outside source (or App) to get that done.
Sales leader in the CRM space.
It is a really expensive database basically.. to do anything else you have to pay money to get any customizations, systems integrations, business analytics, or other professional services.

CRM and tracking of sales
I like the crm and the ability to see where and when we are gaining traffic to our website. I also like the ease of adding additional professionals and sales leads in the program.
The only issue I have with the program is that my employees struggle with using the features without tutorials or videos.

Helps in the automation of the data flow and also facilitates API calls for seamless integration with other application interfaces. 3. Helps in generating the reports , budgeting, forecasting for sales along with project pipeline management.

Salesforce is the best tool for managing sales leads throughout the buying cycle. It's designed by sales experts, so every piece is optimized for making Salespeoples lives easier and more collaborative. Out of the box it syncs with almost all of your existing sales tools, which makes integration a breeze.

Management of sales function and CRM all in one.
The features available in Salesforce allow users to do everything the CRMs do and more. Plus, you get too-notch analytics that can break things down to a granular level for managers, salespeople, and each and every staff member.
Perhaps because it does so much, SF can be less than intuitive to navigate, and running detailed reports on a higher number of criteria can be cumbersome.
