Pros

Helping to bring the business up to date with a system that is modern and innovative. It is user friendly and easy to add new functionalities to it according to the business needs.
As a socially responsible company, it feels good to support another company like Salesforce that is committed to these values too.
Salesforce remains the best CRM application for growing our business because of the amazing features. Integration of third-party and add-on options it offers.

Pros

The affordable pricing and the unlimited user feature are the best in the market secondly the ease of use of the product is really great.
I personally like it most and customer care is excellent. User-friendly navigation and contact management system.
This website offers budget friendly plans and has multiple good features which makes this as a great CRM.

Cons

Terrible experience I wouldn't recommend to even our biggest competitor, Salesforce is totally unintuitive and with very bad UX. Expensive, hard to use and hard to manage.
There are times when the automation fails and gives back inaccurate data. We have to trouble shoot almost weekly to figure out what happened.
The only negative aspect I've encountered while utilizing SalesForce is that saving entered data is not done automatically and can lead to losing work.

Cons

Lags sometime, page take time to load in rare cases.
Some features are missing as this software is new, but they are building and developing on that.

Cons

I do not like mobile version at all. It is not adaptive, very hard to operate and even missing some features.

Pros

Salesforce has really helped streamline all the sales processes for the sales team at my company. I work int he Marketing Department and now we can accurately track which campaigns and marketing initiatives are working and which aren't.

Cons

There is no customer service support outside of the weird office hours that you need to call in and sit through all the questions for.

Our sales team has pushed and pushed and pushed to be on Sales Force, because it's the number 1 CRM tool for sales people.. I know they are innovative, promotes a vibrant user community, and interfaces with a lot of other technologies.. but, it is very difficult to use in my opinion. and, if you want to introduce anything to the system, you have to use an outside source (or App) to get that done.

Pros

Sales leader in the CRM space.

Cons

It is a really expensive database basically.. to do anything else you have to pay money to get any customizations, systems integrations, business analytics, or other professional services.

I like the crm and the ability to see where and when we are gaining traffic to our website. I also like the ease of adding additional professionals and sales leads in the program.

Cons

The only issue I have with the program is that my employees struggle with using the features without tutorials or videos.

Salesforce is a very feature rich platform incorporating a multitude of applications/solutions and the ability to build custom solutions as required

Cons

Access to data on the platofrm for analysis/analytical purposes through third part tools can be cumbersome.

Management of sales function and CRM all in one.

Pros

The features available in Salesforce allow users to do everything the CRMs do and more. Plus, you get too-notch analytics that can break things down to a granular level for managers, salespeople, and each and every staff member.

Cons

Perhaps because it does so much, SF can be less than intuitive to navigate, and running detailed reports on a higher number of criteria can be cumbersome.

Happy user. currently i am handling remote team through Kylas. it has helped me to track all sales team and performance.

Everything is super easy to setup. Most of the automation can be done through API. Call Tracking FeatureWhats app AutomationMultiple source lead connectivity.connectivity with Razaypay for online paymentPerfect for Business for remote team with online sales.Connect everything to one app. and run your business on go.

Cons

Nothing as of now. Might be adding post sales services also help.Adding sales target vs achievement will help as sales leader.
