So far I'm having satisfactory experience managing my team's project through Monday. It is really easy to understand and get the ball rolling!
I really like to have different views of my project and use the subtasks to detail steps even more.
I'd like to have a native integration with Salesforce on the starters plan

The UI is amazing, definitely a step up from other CRMs
it does feel like a very cheap Salesforce/Oracle/SAP. Can't integrate much on it, fairly new product

Because the format and function of monday.com is completely created by our team, we have a personalized solution that honestly we couldn't find anywhere else! The features and options available to utilize are straightforward, can by modified as needed, and best of all are REAL TIME! Our catch phrase is "One Source of Truth" meaning all users are on the same page, all the time, eliminating confusion and misinformation. Being able to export into Excel allows reports and metrics to be pulled at any moment, which is an added bonus.

I would recommend monday.com as good project management tool for those who doesn't want to have complicated software
project tracking, project costing (budget vs actual) & resource management

Expensive prices for individual, but increase with team. You will have to talk to sales to negociate them.
