Awesome to keep organized & gain more sales

2019-01-14

We have been able to stop using 4x6 cards with customer info and filing to keep up with call backs, mailings are easier, its been a dream for me as its much easier for telemarketing & keeping track of potential customers getting us more sales by being more efficient

Pros

The way we can keep track of potential customers & previous customers has made it awesome

Cons

At this point there is very little I dont like as it does more than I could do using quickbooks & excel

2017-11-13

Overall a very powerfull CRM App and More.

Pros

-The biggest like, is for me the integration with quickbooks. - User friendly and has tons of features - Login from anywhere - Industry specific solutions

Cons

- Upgrade can become expensive - making a choice between the different solutions can be frustrating, for some functionalities you'll need to buy more solutions

It’s good just not what I needed

2018-11-26

It was a trial and if I was in another industry I’d stick with it.

Pros

This program is great for someone who has a start up that requires a lot of administrative work on the back end. Or in an industry where you are selling a tangible good. I provide a service and it’s oretty cut and dry. So this was a bit of overkill.

Cons

It’s not as intuitive as quickbooks and does not work seamlessly with some other programs.

Best CRM Platform

2017-07-13

Salesforce helps us integrate our internal data and customer information easily.

Pros

It also provides great API connection that helps us link Salesforce to QuickBooks and other apps.

Cons

Back-up is very limited - only weekly and it also keep the file accessible for 48 hours only. There is more manual intervention needed.

The best Internet-based CRM platform

2018-07-27

Pros

It offers several important features such as: Productivity, Easy Accessibility, Approach with Clients, Streamlining Processes, Real-time information for decision making, Tracking tasks and events, Chat as a means of internal communication, Share Files. In short, it seems to me that this CRM platform is the most complete.

Cons

I consider that the economic investment is high You must resort to self-training to learn how to use the application Requires an additional cost of Quickbooks for integration Only the Enterprise edition works for several divisions in the company

User friendly CRM

2018-12-17

I also helped to figure out how to streamline the financial workflows so that the information in QuickBooks reconciled with Salesforce and we weren't entering it twice.

Pros

You can modify modules to meet your needs and adapt to ideal workflows. You can also work in teams easily and it integrates with finance functions by including financial data.

Cons

The database administration is complicated - you have to have a lot of experience to properly set up and modify modules.

Extremely dissapointed and frustrated

2018-02-27

If you are looking for a good project management platform, this is not for you. Maybe this works for people who deal strictly with sales, but every single other aspect of this product is severely lacking and it is not nearly worth the amount of money you would need to invest to get this working like you want. Watch out for licensing scams too, because they will easily lure you into a 3 year contract you can't get out of with licenses you can't use, and you will be stuck having to pay even more to upgrade those, and to pay even more for all the third party apps to actually provide usability for the product.

Pros

Realistically, the only Pro of this program for our company was the integration between Quickbooks and Salesforce.com, and we are having trouble getting even that part to work.

Cons

Additionally, none of the integrations that we were promised would 100% work, actually do what they are supposed to. Quickbooks does not sync still, after five separate calls with them trying to get it to work.

I use SF to track the sales reps and to do financials. It is all clear and easy to find.

2018-05-04

organized data

Pros

Can match to quickbooks and use in presentations.

Cons

Bugs me is if we get new employees we need to buy a new license, but if they quit/fired, we still have to pay for it. For a small company, like us, it is pricey. Opp page is mostly user friendly but a little laborious.

Number One in it's Class for a Reason

2018-10-29

Salesforce is worth the money. The software that integrates with Salesforce is worth the money. But it has to be worth it to you - is the time you're going to save make it worthwhile to your business?

Pros

Salesforce is everywhere and it works with anything - Zoho integration, Quickbooks integration, Desk integration - this is software that will probably work with other things you're already using to run your business.

Cons

This is EXPENSIVE software. The subscription-based pricing and costs for features (big one - additional charge to have a "sandbox" environment) means that you have to really commit to doing Salesforce.

Worst Experience

2014-01-28

Pros

The CRM is great if you can get it to work. In theory they are the best, but in practice, it was too hard to customize without paying third-party consultants!

Cons

Our Quickbooks Integration with Salesforce.com suddenly broke and stopped working.

The hot CRM at the moment

2016-12-06

Think of it. . .and there is a 3rd party connector out there for Salesforce. Quickbooks. Yup.

Pros

There is a lot of training available and help on the web. (i.e. google it) - Salesforce-provids training documents & tutorials with step-by-step instructions - Training on how to build an app - Training on how to write Apex code - Training on how to build Visualforce pages - Training on understand security concepts

Cons

The cost and time to customize for a mid-size company (i.e. 20-100) people will be considerable. Limited number of mass emails Limited storage space

Recommendations to others considering Salesforce Sales Cloud

This is the go-to software CRM at the moment however, it is not a cheap solution by any means. The cost for customizations will be expensive as you scale your business.
