I have used SAP for 11+ years and transitioning to Fishbowl has been a breeze.  It feels like it has the power of SAP with a much more user friendly interface and the functionality truly seems to follow common sense.

The Perfect Solution for Small & Large Businesses

I've been using Fishbowl for a little less than a year, and have found the functionality to be amazing. We manufacture a lot of strange products, from Ukuleles to Canoes, and the bills of materials, and work orders are a life saver when trying to determine total cost and price for products.

I am incredibly disappointed in the products service and wish I could get my money back, however since it takes weeks for a reply and over a two months to get to the point where I could actually use the software, it was past the period of a refund. They do not care about you, your time, or your business. 

Great potential, absolutely horrible customer service and support.

Found Fishbowl while looking for a system to improve inventory management, forecast product needs/growth, automate shipping/receiving/purchasing, value of inventory (the list goes on). It "supposedly" can do all of that stuff but it just isn't... Support = worst I have ever dealt with (I know more than they do after trying to figure it out for a few months). They take your money (Thousands of $$) for the initial purchase and then leave you hanging.

Once we purchased the software we used the trial-period to best understand how the software functioned and how we would utilize it in our business. Once we were comfortable with it, we integrated it into our daily operations. The customer support has been very good and really makes this product work fur our business. Without the high level of support that we received, we wouldn't have kept the software.
