What is Simpro eForms?
simPRO eFORMS is a cloud-based electronic forms management solution which can be integrated with other simPRO solutions, including Enterprise and Service. The software can be used to digitize existing forms, create custom forms, capture photos, signature, and drawings, electronically submit and store completed forms, and more.
simPRO eFORMS includes a form designer, which allows users to recreate their existing paper forms or create new forms using a variety of form elements. Field technicians can complete and submit forms while on-site, from their web browser or using the native mobile apps for Android and iOS. Forms can also be downloaded as necessary, for offline access, and fields can be pre-filled with data from connected simPRO Enterprise or Service accounts. Completed forms can be submitted electronically through the eForms portal, and are stored securely in the cloud, with users able to view and download completed forms at any time.
simPRO eFORMS allows users to capture and attach photos, signatures, and drawings to provide all necessary information. Completed forms can also be attached to jobs and quotes in simPRO, and to emails. Configurable settings allow users to decide whether forms require reviews, and if they are emailed to submitters.
