The only item I'm not a fan about skedda is the outlook integration. If you think your approving you booking you accept the calendar integration and then it books the full time in your calendar.

I wish we could use it for visitor management at our location in addition to specific room reservations and not have to pay an additional $99/month.

We've been able to set the system up, create our spaces, add our admins, and set it up (through Zapier) to where only certain events are published to our digital signage system, and posted on our website.

Skedda has been an extremely valuable addition to our suite of tech products for reserving office spaces without any difficulties.

I love it with just a few clicks, you can reserve and manage my desks, meeting rooms and other resources, without the hassle and confusion.

Sometimes I have experienced a small delay in loading the platform, especially when I have a large amount of reservations or resources. While this doesn't affect my overall experience significantly, a higher charging speed would be desirable for even smoother usage.

We have to over/under schedule a lot of things, just to make the system work for us.

It's easy and friendly to use, very quick and inexpensive.

The ability to remove billing details over the winter and the platform sit dormant (with all the setup remaining intact) is hugely advantageous for us.

I would like more of a sliding scale for subscribing once the 5 space limit has been used: rather than it jumping up suddenly to a full subscription it would be good to have a lower cost option when you are only moving from 5 to 6 spaces.

Other thing that I would benefit from is more materials that I can use to "educate" the users to make the transition from post-it notes to Joan meeting room reservation solution and to start using the system and respecting other's reservations, etc.
