It is so easy to use and adaptable that we've extended our usage and tools and now use SmartSurvey for all documents that we ask our clients to complete.

Overall, the SmartSurvey app has been very useful in rolling out surveys, collecting data for research and development and automating the survey forms.

It even has a quick learning curve so even less obvious features are mastered first time.

Not just these, it has excellent reporting capabilities which helps to extract a meaningful information out of the data collected.

The forms have very minimal options to customize the look and feel of the forms.

It has great options, and even with upgrading to the Professional Option, which can be kind of expensive, it delivers incredibly impressive results.

Also, the free basic version has very less features which lets the users to upgrade mandatorily.

When skip logic is used the page and question numbering is out of sync.

Skip logic has been very useful to save the respondents from going through unnecessary questions, it gives the survey a professional edge.

I would like to be able to change the fonts / formats of the graphs and charts but that is minor.
