Pros

I can view my hairdresser availability and schedule my own appointments. I love that Styleseat sends friendly reminders of appointments.
I love how when I book an appointment with my stylist in NJ, I get friendly emails if I haven’t booked with my stylist in a while.
What I like the most about SytleSeat is the ease of use. The app is very user-friendly.

Pros

I love that the interface is easy for both the salon and our clients to use. Its awesome that I have so many different reports at my fingertips.
I love the ease of convenience and the flawless layout of the app. Best value for the money paid.
It’s easy and accessible, I love that my clients can book when ever they want with out having to go through me.

Cons

My clients are complaining about all of the fees that they are being charged and I am getting the backlash.
It has no customer service number at all if and when you have a problem.
Clients had trouble looking for their own appointments at times, and once in a while the whole app would crash. An entire day of clients without being able to see who’s scheduled next.

Cons

Not being able to remove or hide negative reviews.
The text message reminders have the booksy name first so clients get confused about who they are from. The booksy name should be at the back or not at all.
Not easy to edit appointments and difficult for clients to book online. I was with Genbook and Genbook merged with Booksy, so disappointing.

So far so good!!

Overall booksy is amazing for the price, I love the marketing materials they provide, the customer service is really good so far, I've only been with this business a few months thus far, and I'm happy with it.

Pros

I love the clear and organized way to display services and pricing, plus the fact they don't limit your description of services, like Styleseat does

Cons

I don't like the similar businesses being listed on my personal page, like if a client finds my profile by my own hard work of marketing I don't want anything stopping me from getting or building my clientele.
