Designed to provide users with a flexible service, Booksy offers two different mobile applications including Booksy Biz for business and Booksy for clients. With Booksy’s native mobile applications for iOS and Android, users and customers can manage appointments conveniently on the move. While Booksy helps business users create personalized company profiles, accept online payments and organize staff effectively, Booksy enables customers to schedule, cancel and pay for appointments efficiently.

With Booksy’s online calendar, users can schedule, reschedule or cancel customer appointments easily. Further to customer bookings, users can manage staff members and resources seamlessly with Booksy’s calendar management functionality. By maintaining a log of all appointment bookings, Booksy enables users to track a customer’s history accurately.

Since Booksy contains a POS feature with built-in payments and PCI-DSS compliance, users can accept credit, debit and gift card payments simply and securely. Moreover, Booksy allows users to manage promotions, deposits and staff commissions. By accepting up-front service payments, Booksy intends to reduce the number of no show appointments. Furthermore, Booksy facilitates productive marketing with communication tools such as website widgets, social media posts and email blasts.

Foxy has solve so many problems in my business that allows people to give me reviews pay a fair appointments in advance it text them emails them and make sure that I don’t have to spend my time answering phone calls and text

But I could use this as a point of sale versus paying for square and PayPal also that Clients could pay me in advance and I can vary the amounts

Help desk on different time zone, and constant emails

Overall i have very satisfied. It helps derive full value from the product.

The no. of features and depth of features required to run a individual or a small team setup is great. there is very little learning curve. The additional discovery platform helps in getting more visibility and eventually in more business.

Not much. I am pretty satisfied with the overall package. Also i like the face even though the have expanded in so many countries, the platform is quite adaptable to different languages.

This is an extremely beneficial app that helps us people like myself that are always on the go. There is nothing more convenient setting an appointment at a touch of a button and not have to do all the middle man negotiations on time scheduling.

I love that I can see my Nail Techs availability at any given time. I enjoy that you can see the prices of what you are paying for but you don't have to put a deposit down to book your appointment, which is good for loyal customers who either has courtesy to reschedule in time or make it to their set appointments without a problem.

Its a shame every business isn't using a product like this. It makes it convenient to get the time you need scheduled without going back an forth with someone at the shop looking for perfect time and taking them away from clients. I believe this software helps runs things smoother and should be used by more businesses.

Not being on phone scheduling, client can do it 24/7

The auto text reply to incoming calls and texts has been disabled for two months with no real explanation to when it will retirn. I need this feature for all the calls and texts I get to barber shop. I don't want to be on phone!

I definitely recommend Booksy to any business owner who needs customers to schedule appointments.

I use Booksy to make appointments for several different businesses that I frequent. It is very easy to use. Selecting a date and time is fast and simple. Booksy will even email and text you a reminder the day before your appointment.

I have not had any problems with Booksy as a user.
