Pros

I can view my hairdresser availability and schedule my own appointments. I love that Styleseat sends friendly reminders of appointments.
I love how when I book an appointment with my stylist in NJ, I get friendly emails if I haven’t booked with my stylist in a while.
What I like the most about SytleSeat is the ease of use. The app is very user-friendly.

Pros

Brilliant great managers that keep you on track to make sure you are optimise all the features that are constantly being updated.
It makes my business run more efficiently, at a higher profit and a seamless experience for my clients. Everything about this system just works, the team have done an excellent job.
I like that it’s an easy program to use with great functions that are improving all the time.

Cons

My clients are complaining about all of the fees that they are being charged and I am getting the backlash.
It has no customer service number at all if and when you have a problem.
Clients had trouble looking for their own appointments at times, and once in a while the whole app would crash. An entire day of clients without being able to see who’s scheduled next.

Cons

The customer support service is terrible - I have had payments taken from clients that have not been transferred to me causing cash flow problems.
You will also be manipulated and pressured and lied to to get you off the free system and onto the payment system.
Even though your no show fees could end up paying for the fees, if you do not have any no shows a lot of your earnings are then left to pay for the fees.

I found shedul after finding out StyleSeat was forcing a fee . Shedul needs a few tweaks but it is already better than StyleSeat.... already!!!! Love it!!! keep up the great work

I'm in love all over again!!

I was made to look for a new scheduling software due to the fact my current provider (Styleseat) started charging a $35/month fee for services that was once FREE! I was very leery and apprehensive, but as I continued through the set up I was absolutely amazed with Shedul! I didn't know a scheduling software could get better than Styleseat! Not only is it free of charge but it offers so much more than the new updates that Styleseat is now charging for. Customer service is on point, I'm a sucker for personal customer support. I didn't even reach out for help but they contacted me to make sure everything was good. They seem to really care about ME! I can't wait to see what's in store for the future!!! If you wasn't simplicity and a GREAT bang for your buck, SHEDUL is the software for you!
