I find that If you are successful at getting your customers to sign up to your loyalty program you will be penalized by paying more for sms messages and emails

The filters to create lists to exactly target the loyalty members I want to send marketing to is fantastic.

We also are able to create pretty advanced automation as well which saves a lot of time, but keeps us front of mind with customers!

It has been seamless process with all of the staff, the product is amazing and we even did the app which I am so excited about and able to promote to our clients.

Shipping and setting up was delayed but that is to be expected with a company and team that is growing faster than they can keep up with.   But I am sure they are spending extra time to get more support and staff to make this more smoother as time moves forward.

We are given all the resources TapMango has to manage a loyalty program that works hand in hand with the significant shops.

At times, it can be little fussy for the client device and they can accidentally send points to the wrong client.

The only reason I gave it 4 stars on "ease of use" was that occasionally I need help implementing a campaign.

The most impactful features of Tap Mango are the ability to collect customer's contact information and the ability to communicate with them in a variety of manners.

Having our own app and not depending on  3rd party companies for orders and deliveries was a huge help. Since we were already using our own delivery drivers, their system made it so much easier for the drivers to get order and customer information.

The amount of questions around downloading the app and redeeming rewards has decreased from slim to none.  

Additionally, the ability to run a professionally branded rewards program that is linked to a customized app that allows for mobile ordering.

We originally choose tap mango due to it being the only loyalty scheme that integrates with square POS we have been able to increase our turnover substantially specially during the difficult times experienced caused by Covid.  

I like the ease of use, both for customers and staff.

TapMango gives us a more direct way to reach our to our customers with specials and promos (via text).  

I consider myself software savvy, but I lack the HTML knowledge that is required to get the most out of email templates/campaigns (and I don't have the time to learn HTML).

We are seeing and increase in customer traffic and the customers love it.

I have never worked with anyone so willing to go above and beyond for a customer than her! 5 stars in NOT ENOUGH for all that she had done for me!
