The customer support during onboarding and since then has been excellent, with knowledgable staff as well as updates that created meaningful benefits to our users, alongside plenty of advance notice and ability to prepare for those updates.

Their customer success team is genuinely caring and able to attend to issues or concerns that come up, as well as able to offer and showcase other ways of using the software and its modules to fill needs as we present them.

We have regular catch-ups with our Customer Success Manager, our Account Manager is always available when needed, and leaders from the executive team are genuinely open to hearing directly from their customers.

Also not a fan of having to have the WeTrack Risk on the front page if you're NOT using that service (which you requires payment for a subscription) as it was nice to see the contracting info on the overview tab and more convenient as well.

That is probably the most beneficial aspect aside from App Admin training, as having subject matter experts not only available but actively in touch to ensure that we get the most out of our Momentus experience is indispensable.

Getting Momentus to spit out a great looking client facing document has always been a week spot that requires significant time and funds to commission a "Custom Report".

There are aspects I have yet to explore that will assist with event attendee management, but I'm hopeful that these will be as effective as the other areas of the software.

Fortunately, one of the support desk folks gave me an email to use to bypass all that as he is aware that I will only reach out if I cannot find anything to assist me with the issue OR it's something that needs to be done on the back end.

Sometimes the mobile app crashes unexpectedly during important meetings, which interrupts workflow and causes delays.

the CRM component is difficult to work with, coming from a Salesforce experience it does not have the lead and relationship management capabilities that I am use to and so we have had to change our processes to accommodate for using just one software platform

I wish the Calander of bookings showed info up front like move in days and spaces, and possibly who's event it is.

I wish it had a feature to schedule staffing within it so we didn't have to use another website for that.

It provides a lot of information for future and current events when customer’s call with inquiries.

It is not allowed on all the devices I use and it needs to improve the issue of sending reports.

The platform provides good generic event management needs, but the navigation is a bit tricky.

It's intuitive, very user friendly, overall, it's a solid platform for booking and tracking events. If it wasn't for the cons (see below), it would be a 5 star platform.

The connivence of the Software and how you can manage so many things within your company needs, its a all in one on this software.

Equal to or greater than support is the installation and onboarding of new modules and/or updates to the software.  

Integrating Momentus with other legacy systems or third-party tools might require extra effort or technical support.

We’ve successfully tailored the system to fit our workflows and organisational needs.

Still works well for booking but I think the other items need to be addressed before I can give it higher than a 3 star rating.

For me, I just look up the shows we have to find out the information we need to know for ticket sales.   

There's the technology side and then the business management side and there's been challenges on both fronts, especially with my company.

It helped me organize my tasks efficiently and improved team communication.

We are now measuring the repair time on that module in "months".  

Not very user friendly but with practice is becomes easier to access needed information especially for users that don't have accounting background.

It often posed confusing user needs and was overly complicated in areas.

Like any other platform, Momenus Technologies has its advantages and disadvantages.

The software is very practical and easy to use, it offers great support and customer service, overall I am very satisfied with the platform and recommend it.

I've heard this is not the case for the Momentus Elite platform.  

Though we have been long time clients of Ungerboeck, then to Momentus, I have appreciated the support we have received this far getting accustomed to the new system.

Compared to the software we previously used, Momentus is significantly more user-friendly.

For us, it’s more than just software—it’s our single source of truth.
