I also like being able to send out e-newsletters and have an AI feature to help me polish my messages and give suggestions with integrated call to action buttons. And lastly, it gives multiple integrated ways to collect payments and issue automatic receipts that has my branding on everything.

We also have issues with the tipping option for invoices sporadically, and I do wish we could confirm appointments for clients in cases where they tell us directly rather than through the automated system.
