Sending emails from within the CRM was possible although setting up templates had to be done on an email by email basis and had to be either text or full html.

It’s great for a small company, because it’s free for 2 users. And it is efficient because you can keep it all in one database.

At the time of first engagement, the system had been in place for 2 years but non of the functionality had been integrated.

Sometimes the loading screen can load slowly.  

this racked up costs on development that should have been done by the administrator.

For this, you needed to purchase the add on of Gatormail.
