It has all the essentials needed to run a business in one place.
The screen layout and formatting isn't as sleek as it could be

This has a great free version with all the essentials needed to track your customers and create reoccurring invoices.
outside of the basics you will start to pay a price, not really a con since they are quality products.

It's very cost effective for users and with all the features included, it's a really handy tool that provides you with all the essentials that you need.
It's a *little* clunky compared to Salesforce. It's still good but when you compare with them, you can feel the difference. I wish it was a little more intuitive but again, you get what you pay for. It's still very very good.

It is hard to argue with the price, I was using the free version. It did the bare minimum a CRM should be used for but not much else.
I had been using salesforce previously, I found that salesforce just had much more capabilities when it came to automation.

fine CRM depending on the value, lacks customization of SF
the interface for the software was good but it just does not go as in depth and customizable as salesforce
software looks nice but i found it harder to use than salesforce. Im unsure of pricing but i would rather use salesforce

Ease of use. Great price for a start up
We used the free version and it was very easy to be self taught. Ease of use was a definite plus for our team.
It didn't seem to have all the features of salesforce plus it wasn't as well known to put down on your resume as salesforce.

I started with zoho in 2010 for my startup and I select It for many customers
Really easy to use, freemium model and holistic integration. From CRM to ERP!
No one in my opinion. Better than Salesforce

I liked it but my peers were not as convinced.
Simple, easy online user interface; Fast and responsive.
Not as well known as salesforce, most customers unfamiliar.

If it were up to me, I would have dumped it long ago.
It's cheaper than Salesforce but who isn't?
The modules don't talk to each other, there is zero support when you have questions and what would be standard in other software is NOT offered here, for example the email module and email template creation is a nightmare . Mailchimp is far superior with the email creation tools. The Zoho Social loses connection to social channels regularly. The Zoho Analytics won't connect to some of the modules for reporting, etc.

Good alternative for when you can't afford Salesforce
You can customise quite a lot in this CRM tool
If you don't have a certain amount of licenses the Customer Service team takes ages too reply

The layout is more visibly pleasing than Salesforce
It wasn't very straightforward on how to use it. We were trained to use it and still had to ask questions monthly to clarify or get directions.

Cheaper and just as much customization as salesforce.
You can make a CRM for your self while making other CRMs for your clients. It is one of the best and most customization CRM solutions I have ever seen.
The support is a little slower than salesforce but really it isn't that bad.

Great to start but then it got complicated and I stopped using it.
I switched to Zoho from Salesforce when I felt Salesforce became overly complicated and pricey for a small company. I like the price and the ease of operation.
When I first started using Zoho I like the straight forward approach and ease of operation. However, as they began adding modules I felt it was becoming as complicated as Salesforce and I started to go away from it.

Mindblowing , Perfect for Small and Mid sized organization , and can be deployed without hiring high end technical person
The price , It is way to economical as compared to salesforce or SAP , that requires tons of financial input , and even after that Salesforce need expert manpower to manage and calibrate as per your organization need
Since I have been working as Salesforce developer as well and I am certified salesforce coach , I can say Zoho is perfect on its part , The only backslash is the community behind salesforce is much stronger than ZOHO developers and that where it need to focus on , rest it is perfert

Overall, I didn't love it and continued with Salesforce.
I liked how basic they attempted to make the UX.
I ended up going with Salesforce, as I felt like I got more for my dollar including the support.

It's better and cheaper than salesforce is some aspects.
All of the functionality it offers to a broad range of businesses. Forcasting and projections are our company's favorite tools.
It can be a little complicated to use with all of the extra features and steps to record new contacts and manage the account.

I find Zoho much easier to use than Salesforce in terms of UI/UX. Salesforce is a more rudimentary CRM in terms of look/feel, however provides much more functionality. If you're a non-enterprise business, I would recommend Zoho over Salesforce due to cost and UI.
Not as feature rich as Salesforce, however the UI/UX makes up for it.

Zoho CRM has a lot of Salesforce features, but not all the Salesforce complexity. I especially appreciate the custom fields feature, and the ability to integrate with other apps.
Pricing, custom fields, customer support, feature-rich.
Can be complicated for some people.
Thank you for posting your feedback. It may appear complicated, but trust me it is worth going through the learning curve :)

It is the best tool to have a clear vision of Leads, prospects, contacts and opportunities. It is my daily-basis right-hand
Salesforce is the most complete CRM, easy to use and very practical.
Reports are very complete and efficient, however, they could be quite more user-friendly

We require a CRM solution to track our customer data and enable sales intelligence. This tool does that perfectly. Pipeline management is a key task in Real Estate and this tool helps to achieve that in a great way.
There is a reason why this is the number 1 CRM solution in the world. It provides a unified view of your sales details and is mapped with the CRM for quick updates and reports.
Role Hierarchy & Permission sets are difficult to understand and multiple roles assigning can be difficult.
