Pros

Good customer experience and good agent experience. The tool has been getting better with the availability of new features.
Great positive experience with SalesIQ, I already started to recommend it to a couple of entrepreneurs.
SalesIQ is definitely one of the best live chat product you can find on the market right now. It is a powerful tool to build a great multi-channel system (especially using with Zoho CRM).

Pros

Sales and account team was fast, responsive, and had solid knowledge of the product. Technical team was readily accessible over a Slack bridge -- we loved that.
The performance is impressive, the API straightforward, and the iOS client code provided was good enough for us to build on and ship production worthy code quickly.
This was an awesome experience that got us deployed super quick. It is fully featured and ready out of the gates requiring very little adaptation.

Cons

Our widget appears offline to customers when operators are online and not idle. Chats have come in without notification and been labeled as "missed" but over 30 minutes later.
A few of our international customers had trouble using the live chat consistently, but this might be the issue of their internet instead of Sales IQ platform.
Chats sometimes come in without notification which may result in failure to respond to some chats.

Cons

We contacted the credit card company and asked to rebate the charges, and Sendbird fought it. We were unable to get anything at all.
Lack of flexibility with moderation, lack of multi user per account.
Which put all our users out and lost more than 30K DAU.
