Overall we are very pleased with the service, we have had only a few issues the past 5 years we have been using the system. Great software that is easy to use and reliable.
Horrible product and customer service is unable to provide any solutions. M losing money with this service.
Love that it easily integrated with our PM software making credit card processing a breeze. Competitive rates and easy to read statements.
Also, if you try to cancel and you have an accent, struggle to understand any points of communication and/or ask the representative to repeat themselves, be prepared for rude service.
The best thing is that we are dropping their service in 2 days.
Poor customer service, a guy named [SENSITIVE CONTENT] in Technical started cursing and calling me names because I expressed frustration over trying to change batch times.
They make signing up a very easy process and apparently their fees are "competitive.
It is a difficult to get in touch with customer service and they take a long time to respond when there are problems and you cannot get credit cards to process.
It was easy to enroll and easy to coordinate getting everything setup on my computer. They offer patients a variety of payment options and have a quick turnaround for depositing into my accounts.
Worse, it's taken me 6 weeks of trying to simply change a bank account. After jumping through a laundry list of hoops to do that I've sat for weeks after being told it would be done in 5 days.
Customer service and tech support are on top of their game.
As this was monthly dues in a wine club returning the funds to the customer was a reasonable request I felt if openedge refused to forward the sales to the merchant.
Easy to run reports and easy to refund when needed. Customer support is always prompt and helpful when we have issues, which is few and far between.
I agree with some of the other negative reviews on this website.
Open edge was easy to set up, it rarely gives us issues. Some days it accepts American Express, some days it does not.
There are no other integration options available. Customer service is lackluster as I continue to deal with overcharges dating back to April 2022.
The membership software we use for our gym requires us to use global payments for our merchant services. The second we find a better POS we will stop using globalpayments.
No real cons on the equipment is the same you can get anywhere standard card reader.

We are very pleased with the service and the program is very users friendly. I am able to generate reports for our accounting department to balance the books.
Integration with other softwares are limited. Worldline should implement something similar to Stripe Radar for more fraud detection and chargeback protection.
Lower fees compared to stripe- Support is great.
Can get very clunky and transactions often fail for no apparent reason. The API is quite substandard as well.
Bambora/ Worldline does the features I need the most at a competitive rate. I'm able to export reports which is enough for my accounting purposes.
Don't waste your time and money on this company. They provide lower commission on some payment methods but its a trap don't fall into it.
Easy to on-board and integrate as our payment solution.
They asked for sign and stamp on vendor invoices I got that done. They asked for certificates for a product, I stopped selling that product and removed it from my website.
Great for small start up, however not appropriate as the business scales.
Also, they become a nightmare to deal with when trying to leave.
All costs are monthly and fixed-per transaction, meaning costs are quite manageable. Feature set is rich for what you pay.
No response from Bambora (phone or email) for two days.
