What is click-360?
click-360 is feedback solution developed for setting up and administering 360-degree feedback surveys and transforming company leaders and managers through 360-degree feedback. The platform offers users a highly flexible questionnaire with simultaneous rating functionality, and interactive digital reports with integrated action planners and workbooks.
click-360 allows 360-degree feedback subjects to invite 7-10 of their peers or colleagues to complete an online 360-degree feedback questionnaire that consists of common behaviors of a leader or manager. The simultaneous rating feature is designed to save time and improve accuracy of feedback collection. Data is then processed and answers collated, and click-360 presents users with a comprehensive feedback report. Users also receive a gap analysis comparing how they see themselves with how others perceive them.
click-360 offers feedback reports as both PDF files which are optimized for printing, and responsive digital reports that can be viewed online through a computer or handheld device. Digital feedback reports can also be integrated with a digital workbook, where users can capture their interpretations and analysis of the data. All reports, in addition to emails and the 360-degree feedback platform, can be customized with company or client logos for a fully-branded experience. Add-on services provided by click-360 include questionnaire design, briefings, coaching sessions, and development planning along with the feedback, if required.
