It has simplified to a great extent on how we gather information from our customers and employees. It has improved on time taken to complete a research topic, materials needed for the task, saving costs and accuracy of collected data.
The first beautiful thing I like is that their website and the mobile application are very responsive and have a great user interface that enables us to complete tasks in a short period of time. On features, I am impressed that it gives me well made templates on how i want my questionnaire to look like. I do not need special designing skills as everything is already set and I just need to input my...
The only time I had troubles was when i was using the mobile application to create a questionnaire and I closed the app before completion. All my work was lost as it did not save it automatically and I had to start again. Another problem is that it does not allow work to be done offline.

I think Survey Monkey is fun and easy to use when needing to send out a quick survey to people. Good for both schools and business.
I like how it is easy to use and navigate. I have used it in the past for school projects. I liked being able to send it directly to other students in the class and the feedback was recorded immediately!
I wish they had more options as for questions, like different variety. Since not every question can be yes/no or multiple choice. I think they have gotten better in the past years with updating these types of things.

Really helpful software to conduct customer research.
I liked the way that I can analyse the data from the survey and export the data into excel as this really helps with research
It can be quite difficult to have multiple users using the software with the authentication system in place which doesn’t allow for a seamless research experience

SurveyMonkey can be utilized to direct both limited scope and huge scope consumer loyalty studies. This makes it a strong device for organizations that need to monitor how they are performing according to a client point of view.
While the fundamental arrangement is helpful for finding out about how SurveyMonkey functions, I'm battling to see any real use for this arrangement in proficient settings. The overviews made in the essential arrangement will be marked by SurveyMonkey and you will be restricted to just 10 inquiries for each review.Besides, you won't approach any of the further developed highlights like man-made intelligence...

SurveyMonkey is east to use. Customizable templates are great for those who are new to surveying their customers/audiences.
This application in my opinion doesn’t need any changes. I appreciate the ease and convenience of this app for someone like myself who is new to surveys.
