Employment Foresight allows tax lawyers to download predicted results and share them in the form of reports with specific stakeholders. The software can be used to handle various legal issues related to worker dismissal, classification, disabilities accommodation, overtime eligibility, drug and alcohol testing, sexual harassment, and more.
Using Employment Foresight's notice calculator, lawyers can access the built-in database to make case predictions based on the notice period awarded in a case. Attorneys can use the search functionality to locate and retrieve specific information from the database. It also helps users monitor potential case outcomes via actionable analytics.
