PureCloud has helped us modernize and improve how we interact with our customers. It has opened new channels to connect with us, and allows us to continue updating and improving the client experience. For the business, our Agents have a clean interface that lets them focus on the clients, our Supervisors are empowered to monitor and manage their teams, and our Administrators can respond quickly to changing demands.
The software was easy to configure, but powerful enough to handle significant customization for our groups. Interface is intuitive for our agents, and the features for call routing have allowed us to streamline the call-handling process. We have a half-dozen different teams using the platform, and each has unique features to meet their needs. As an administrator, changes can be made quickly to almost...
Supervisor and administrator interfaces are not as well designed as the agent experience. Simple and common tasks are often inconvenient, or difficult to find. Reporting capabilities are sufficient but inflexible. A relatively small number of out-of-box reports are available, and there are some key measures missing from those provided. Access of the raw data through the API allows more flexibility,...

Great product, very good features! Love this tool and it has become central to our communication here at Genesys Works. Great job, Microsoft!
Messaging is a basic thing but this tool does a lot more than that. You can call, video call, IM, etc. Several great things! The thing I like the most is its integration to Outlook so you know things like an employee's out of office response, etc.
On a video call with more than 4 people, I would like to see everyone. Currently, people are limited to viewing only 4 people on their screen. Video conferencing softwares like ZOOM, Go-To-Meeting, etc have the capability. Something the "Teams Team" should look into.

- Real time collaboration - Cloud recording - Instant messaging
- Voice quality is superior because it uses Skype backend -- battle tested for more than a decade - Cloud recording of meetings and instantly share that with participants after the meetings - Great integration with outlook, calendar, email, groups and chat - mobile app works great video quality is great even on LTE
- Open new API so I can post custom notification to my channel in MS Team - Open source some components of Teams, I am curious how does the audio backend works. - Needs some export options for chat

Very positive. It does what it says it does and enhances the experience on working in groups from multiple locations
Easy to deploy and use, especially if you have an Office365 account, as it comes as part of the package.
Working on contexts with slow internet speeds can be frustrating as Teams is cloud- only

After participation in training videos, we excitedly looked forward to have a single source of information and file versioning. However, we quickly found the application coupling with Sharepoint was simply unpredictable and unstable. Files apparently saved from the user view were not actually updated and we had to implement "here is what I'm seeing, what are you seeing?" to assure working from the most recent update of a file. In all, a brutal experience and distraction for a project. The communication portion of the application was ok and generally helpful compared to using email . . . while the general concept seemed to offer MS shops full integration to competitor app, Slack, it seems to miss the mark in critical areas.
The promise of information transparency and collaboration.
Poor stability of application. Saving and updating files challenging whether using the desktop or cloud.

Great cloud based collaboration application from Microsoft. Serves it's purpose effectively.
With this application, it's very easy to navigate to all the features, not messy at all. Features like active management, file sharing and document collaboration etc are Greta to have. We use it daily , it is very easy to share file on the app which is cloud based and share the file across the teams.
Sometimes take a while to load. It doesn't support group calender so one has to switch to outlook. Overall great app.

This program enable me collaborate easily with my. It enable me share documents easily via its cloud storage. Also enable me backup my chat conversation history with my colleagues in the cloud.
This program clunks my laptop, even though I run it on a 4gb ram.desktop.pc It currently looks more like a Slack copy but way less effective.

The ability to have the most current information always available electronically is amazing. Documents can be reviewed by multiple people and updated so that all have the same information. It makes the information more available and quickly found rather than hunting down a paper file. The ability to restrict who has access for editing and who can just view information is also helpful in keeping things accurate. It is also nice to be able to download documents for availability outside of teams as well.
Sometimes it is a little confusing finding files that are in the cloud that may also be on the desktop.

Team Communication
It really is an amazing tool for group communication, file sharing, and ideas. We first started using with a small team, and quickly deployed to all key people. One great place to share ideas, and files without the duplication of e-mailing back and forth.
It is not very intuitive to use, specially with all the integration options it has with the other cloud applications.

Fantastic, professional and very much helpful for the meeting scheduling as well as for the cloud storage.
It is very user-friendly and east to operate. As my organization is on Teams thus it is quite easy for me to search, share, call and manage a lot of things on teams. As it is a Microsoft product it allows flexibility for office 365 apps and their functionality. Video, audio and sound quality is very well on Teams.
Not much to say over Teams as it is the best of all. I want to add some features like Dial IN feature of Skype. Dialing can be a good option for the persons who wants to join the meeting via Dial option.

It works as long as you don't have to share the recording.
Easy to logon, setup and host meetings. Integration with MS Outlook is a plus. Audio and video work.
The recordings are sent to your PC and not hosted on the cloud. The size of the recording is too big to email.

Not good. Microsoft Teams is a very watered down and basic version of Slack.
Instant messaging inside of your organization and easy integration with Microsoft's cloud platform OneDrive.
OneDrive is bad so even though it integrates compared to Google Drive it's ugly. Slack gives you everything that teams does with a much better UI, UX, more capabilities, more integrations, and more media to use even on their free plan.

Good personal experience with majority of documentation stored on the cloud. Ease of access is absolutely crucial in the telecommunications business.
Allows one organization to seamlessly share files/documents with each other. It allows users to communicate and arrange crucial meetings within the business core. With notes and recordings being shared and saved easily.
Direct messaging is very bland with very few added features or any that I am currently aware of.

Teams has allowed our research Team to consolidate and review our progress in one site. Accessibility to shared files is a key feature of Teams that we value.
Teams is a great platform to foster collaborative research. It integrates task management and enables groups to be up to date with the progress of work.
Working on cloud-based platforms reduces the functionality of programs that would otherwise run on our desktop. Microsoft and Excel files run slower when edited on Teams.

Really liked the product, helps in colloboration, and yes Microsoft should improve it more and make UI bit easier.
It is simple, nicely integrated with other Microsoft applications such as outlook, planner. Hosted in Microsoft SaaS cloud.
Difficult to find people in teams, as compare to other vendors, UI can be bit simpler. I feel software is little bit slow.

Overall, it has potential but I am still struggling figuring it out.
It has a lot of nice features like being able to share documents from the cloud seamlessly with your team.
It is such a steep learning curve, it all looks very confusing and disorganized. I have a hard time figuring out how to navigate it.

Teams has been an interesting experiment and overall it has been an improvement to our way of working. I will continue to use teams. The only feature I am particularly interested in now though is the Office Online / Cloud computing that it offers within the team. We now regularly all participate in updating the same document at the same time together. Something that classically has been tough with single thread programs such as Excel.
Teams seems to be a great virtual environment for my team to communicate, store cloud documents and review work simultaneously.
Teams wants to be more that it is in my view. Teams is Skype, and it's OneDrive and more. Sometimes this functionality is amazing, but it can be confusing for some users to find that a Skype conversation on Skype does not port across to teams etc. I wish Teams would work out what it is for, and then smash that functionality.
