What is Rolustech?
GSync is a plugin for SugarCRM which automatically synchronizes data, including contacts, emails, documents, and calendars between SugarCRM and G Suite (formerly Google Apps).
Contacts can be synchronized unidirectionally and bidirectionally between G Suite and SugarCRM, allowing users to contact customers from their preferred platform. Incoming and outgoing emails are automatically archived, enabling the storage of communication histories alongside customer records. Documents, photos, videos, and audio files can be accessed from both Google Drive and SugarCRM, whichever platform they were created on, with support for priority based, two-way sync. GSync also synchronizes calendars between the two platforms, including tasks, meetings, appointments, and calls, whether planned, pending, or performed.
