The solution features a modular architecture that comprises modules for purchasing, sales, inventory management, warehouse management, customer relationship management and document management. The purchasing module automates procurement workflows and supports supplier relationship management. The sales module orchestrates order processes from quotation through delivery. Inventory management delivers real time visibility of stock across multiple warehouse locations. The warehouse management module enables location-based inventory tracking and logistics planning. The document management module centralises document storage and automates recurring administrative tasks.

Production planning and control features coordinate material flows and manufacturing schedules from a central control point and identify bottlenecks in processes. Service management functionality tracks equipment, machinery and service contracts and manages maintenance schedules and service appointments. An Available to Promise module provides real time insight into order fulfilment across distribution channels. Multi location support allows standardisation of processes across sites while preserving centralised control and visibility.

Business Intelligence and analytics capabilities are delivered through integration with QlikSense and include configurable dashboards and reporting tools for analysis of metrics such as revenue by product group, inventory availability and cost tracking. E-commerce integration connects online sales channels with ERP functionality and automates inventory, order processing and fulfilment workflows. A specialised module addresses requirements of the fresh produce sector. The solution supports data exchange with third party applications and scales from compact configurations for small operations to advanced implementations for mid sized enterprises.
