Asana is very easy to use, fast, reliable, and powerful. Just with their free version, I've got nothing else to ask for. It got all I need to run my business and work with my clients. It's the best free project management for me.
When we switched to Asana years ago, I didn't appreciate it right away because it's a new environment to me had to make a lot of adjustments. But as I use it every day, I got familiar with the app very quickly. It is very easy to use and might have a little learning curve. Navigating the app is all common sense though, and their help docs are very handy if you got any problems. Even though I'm familiar...
Asana is a beast. There's nothing to dislike from this app.

The tool helped the teams organize their tasks in a comprehensive manner that allowed them to be more efficient and effective.
The features available and theability to integrate external tools.
The interface is something I amnot used to and had to make some adjustments in the way I work in order to comply to the needs of the tool.

Asana may be a extend administration program that truly permitted us to completely coordinated our work group and make strides the stream of every day exercises. With its straightforward framework and capacities, we were able to carry out the exercises within the stipulated time, we were able to meet our clients on time. You'll way better organize and get ready yourself and your group with this apparatus, Asana makes us more profitable and makes a difference us center on the critical assignments that are basic to our commerce. Asana has made it a every day propensity for me to keep my claim individual extend running so I can continuously appear what, when, how and where I'm working and how much information my bosses may have approximately me.
This instrument makes a difference you organize, arrange and oversee your team's work, from begin to wrap up, group individuals can communicate their assignments so they know who is doing what, they can too share comments, records and status overhauls. One of the highlights that I just like the most is that it turns an e-mail into a assignment inside project management. Drag and drop may be a modern highlight that I appreciate and it permits us to move speedier with the advance of the assignments. I truly adore how I can have numerous ventures, it's exceptionally natural, I cherish the robotization usefulness and their portable UI is astonishing as well.
Asana isn't accessible when the web is down, I miss the offline mode that permits clients to work at their work areas absent from the web until benefit is reestablished. Your reports can be moved forward a part, we require reports with more points of interest of each activity, the program isn't exceptionally natural at to begin with, which took us a whereas to adjust to it, it has a few covered up functions that don't permit us to induce the complete potential of the program. I would adore to have get to to the reporting/goals highlights as well as being able to have more custom computerization.

Disappointing
It is good for task management but not so good for larger projects, particularly where Gant charts are required.
With a single click I accidentally upgraded my plan. Unlike anything else I have purchased over the net there is no confirmation screen if one wants to proceed with the purchase with the result that money was taken out of my credit card account immediately. All Asana will offer is a credit until the next payment is due but we are thinking of using a different software package so the credit will be waste. This is extremely unethical behaviour.

Overall, Asana is a great option for individuals or teams looking for a powerful project management tool that allows for collaboration, task prioritization, and multiple views. However, it may not be the best choice for users who need a highly customized or cost-effective solution, or who are looking for a tool with fewer notifications

Steep learning curve: Asana can be overwhelming for first-time users, and it may take some time to learn how to use all the features.Limited customization: Asana does not offer a lot of customization options, and users cannot customize the app's color or layout.Pricing: While Asana offers a free version, many features are limited, and users need to pay for premium features, which can be costly for teams with multiple members.Performance issues: Some users have reported performance issues with the app, such as slow loading times and occasional crashes.Notifications: Asana sends a lot of notifications, which can be overwhelming for some users.Limited integrations: While Asana does integrate with some popular tools, it may not integrate with all the tools that some teams use.
