Paelo is a cloud-based learning management system that helps manufacturing, industrial, and mining sectors by accepting online applications and facilitating employee training on a unified platform. The tool allows users to monitor training activities, including external and in-person classroom practice. It helps executives regulate approval processes for procedures and work instructions and distribute study material amongst workforces.
It helps with generating and maintaining apprentice booklets and mentorship programs. The software offers customizable survey tools to facilitate employee engagement. It enables users to manage environmental non-conformities processes through electronic forms and ad-hoc reports. Live reading functionality enables managers to present a training procedure to their workers. At the end of the presentation, proof of attendance is automatically added to each worker's training file.
The tool lets supervisors conduct practical assessments and handle employee and contractor competency cards. Managers can create training requests, send notifications to workers, and generate tagout sheets.
