SoluCX offers integration with CRM via API and allows the manager to monitor the evolution of indicators and performance reports in real-time, making it possible to verify the Machine Learning elements that had the most impact on the customer experience, especially among those identified as detractors. The tool helps companies identify the reason for a negative evaluation, including such factors as customer service, after-sales, price, store environment, and others.
