We would export, copy and paste, and then customize all of our reminders and appointments for the next day to send as a group text to all appointments in that same time range.

The only small issues we have encountered is how the Windows desktop app will not always update or load properly, but is resolved by restarting the program (usually after waking a PC from sleep mode).
