Pros
The customer support provided is excellent. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed promptly and effectively.
One of the things I appreciate most about this software is the ease of use and the ability to quickly and efficiently engaged users.
Text Request gives us another quick, easy way to connect to our clients and gives them the ability to reach out to us any time of day. Their customer service is amazing.
Cons
We contacted customer service about this problem but they were not able to provide any assistance.
The biggest problem we have is that the mobile app loads very slowly.
It can also be challenging knowing if our texts are coming across as spam due to the acronym of our name and using a link (things that alert spam).

Great Platform, with very responsive support team

Pros

Textrequest has continued to evolve since we started using it. They are very invested in improving the service and adding more features to make the user experience better. They are also very responsive to user requests and feedback and consistently respond to suggestions and issues

Cons

I am waiting on an iPad version that works in landscape mode, as i regularly use my iPad with a keyboard for these types of uses.

The experience has been outstanding. So easy to use and very intuitive.

Pros

Very easy to set-up and use. The entire process was painless and did not take up a lot of our time.

Cons

It is tough getting a live person to answer issues and the fact you cannot carry over unused texts from month to month.

Biggest mistake

One of the worst experience I have had with a phone system switch and one that I want to get rid of as quickly as possible

Pros

The sell you convenience and ease. The. Tell you a package has a certain product your were wanting only to tell you it comes with it and now you have to pay $100 extra a month.

Cons

Terrible customer service. They lie to get you to join. The app works half the time. You can’t delete messages that are irrelevant.

Serves our purpose

Very good overall. Very prompt in responding to questions and assitance requests.

Pros

Very simple to use. We migrated from ZipWhip and Text Request was very similar.

Cons

Our company uses Text Request to notify our customers of upcoming delivery of products for which they have signed up. Periodically, and on the first text message, an automatic "Text STOP to opt-out" message is added to our text. Our customers are frequently confused thinking it is an opt-out of our delivery. Text request says they cannot change the message by adding to opt-out of receiving texts. We've lost several contacts.

Overall, I think our experience with Text request has been good. We have have some growing pains, but would definitely keep using the platform.

Pros

I like the scheduling texts ahead of time and the opt out feature.

Cons

I would like text request to have a phone platform as well so I don't have to have multiple.
