Trekadoo is a web-based vacation rental management software targeted at home owners with eight or fewer vacation properties. The software helps these home owners streamline operations and automate calendars as well as supports online booking and reservations.
Trekadoo replaces paper processes with an electronic workflow that enables property owners to manage the rental of their properties from any location. The software allows guests to book rooms directly from a live calendar and then make payments electronically using a credit card. Trekadoo can also automatically reply to inquiries from customers and from property listing sites such as HomeAway and VRBO. The tool helps vacation rental owners manage reservations and customers as well as generate reports on the operations. It also allows potential renters to search for vacation rentals that satisfy their needs, look at available dates and make the booking/reservation immediately. The home owners then approve and confirm the reservation. Customers can sign up to Trekadoo software for free, paying only when they get a reservation.
