Zoho has tonnes of tightly integrated features, with mail, messaging (Cliq) and conferencing (Meeting), Bookings and CRM. Zoho is on a mission to cover every single possible business software use case. I would recommend Zoho for companies looking for lots of productivity features for good value.
Zoho's tools aren't nearly as customisable in terms of workflow, automation, and user interface as Microsoft's and Gogole's.

I like that it is very well integrated into Zoho environment. So sometimes it can be useful to connect Zoho Forms, Zoho Projects and Zoho Desk together. I like that you can customize a complete FAQ, receive tickets, answer them with automated messages and assign agents to tickets. Integrating your mail and so answering to your clients directly on Zoho Desk save you time, I guarantee it !
Zoho Desk (and all Zoho tools) has 2 big problems : 1/ Support doesn't know what they say to you (2 employees can say totally the opposite) 2/ Zoho tools are not fully compatible between them...

I could see Zoho Desk tool it is quite easy to create and manage the tickets. Mail notification works quite fast than expected.
I could see the Followers do not have option to receive any mail notifications. I could not see desktop application for this Zoho Desk

Great Tools for Free
Great way to edit files, free business email service is great service, the 5 user limit but you can get more when you get referrals. Zoho Vault is a tool we use alot with many teams to store and share passwords securely.
- desk tools can be slow - 5 user limit for mail is low - zoho vault really needs an update as even the copy password functions needs flash

I never knew I had a trial account. I am a very small business owner, with just a 3 employees. Zoho can be confusing sometimes.

Zoho Desk is such a great feature to add to your line of customer support tools. You can easily integrate it directly with other Zoho Products (CRM, Mail, Chat, ect) and it's a seamless integration. Zoho Desk support team is great, They provide friendly and top of the line services and they get back to their customers at their earlier (which is a few hours) .

Comunication with my president and my assistants! Im dreaming and doing soon a new way of get in touch with the presidence on AvianCA. Instead of sendind email to the president our internal and external clients will be able to access the web site (zoho desk ) and address the issues direct to the right agent and right topic and right departament. iTS HAS BEEN HARD TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO SET EVERYTHING BUT WE ALREADY ARE IN TOUCH WITH A ZOHO REPRESENTATIVE IN SÃO PAULO. HE IS CHARGING 500 DOLARS TO GIVE US 16HS REMOTE TRAINING. I think I can get this from regular zoho desk support. Do you guys have some sussess case with presidenci on zoho?

It helps in managing assets inventory, ticketing. It increase team efficiency to work with better trackability and meeting of SLA.
Zoho is great ITSM tool. It helps us in manage Assets inventory, ticketing over cloud. It is easy to implement, automate and customizable. It have knowledge base, where you can manage your common IT issues related docs or policies and shared within the team. Reports and statistics are quite good related to others. Announcement feature is also good, where you can announce any IT related maintained or downtime to the organization.
Price is quite high. Zoho have some standard field names with specific values, which can't be deleted or renamed, you have to create again as per your requirement, which creates duplicity. Also there is delay in automated mail alerts.

Zoho Desk offers several support channels and offers integrations with other Zoho products. If your entire business workflow is within Zoho ecosystem, it is easy to manage them with Zoho Desk.

Zoho Mail has been a solid product, much better than many business software packages that we have used. Its reliability, and the responsive support desk, have made it a real backbone for our media busiss.
We have used Zoho Mail at the Eastern Shore Cooperator for most of the newspaper's 10 years of publishing. We have never encountered any serious technical problems that made the service unavailable. And when we have had questions , Zoho's staff has been quick and responsive.
We have had almost no complaints about this software.

I enjoy its seamless integration with other Zoho tools, such as Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk, which can help streamline workflows and improve productivity.I use its business tools, it has a customizable interface, and robust spam and security features. it is easy to use, with a user-friendly interface and an array of productivity features such as task management, and allows payment in my country's currency helping me beat delays in payment and continued use of the software

I originally tried G-Suite in my organisation. While its powerful and well-known, I found it way too complex to install and manage in a very small organisation. Its seemed needlessly complex and required expertise to administer. I cancelled and tried Zoho and never looked back. I find it simpler and more suited to a small business. And the apps that come bundled in are a big bonus.
Its simple and easy to use and the the support desk has been great on the few occasions I needed it. There are a bunch of good apps that come bundled-in with the Zoho mail. Its also cheap, dependable and affordable.
My password manager doesn't always work too well on the login screen. But thats picking hairs a bit!

We were using zoho in my former workplace and we were very content with zoho. Zoho makes easier the use of mail box.
Zoho mail provide a great mail box management. It is the best in its class. You are able to have your special e-mail and herewith you can give confidence to your clients.
I think zoho is the best, it is better than yahoo and google. I was glad with zoho. I really liked zoho so much and i hope to use it next year.

Zoho Mail is regularly updated and has a nice interface. It is easy to setup and map your existing business domain to.
I haven't had any major issues with Zoho Mail as of yet. If you use other Zoho products, Zoho Mail is easy to integrate with other tools you're using of theirs.

I liked most of the features that Zoho Mail has to offer, especially when it comes to maintaining my e - mail web domain and setting it up with this software. Other Zoho ecosystem tools, such as Zoho Storage and Zoho Docs, are also compatible with Zoho Mail and can be conveniently integrated.
This software is difficult to use or set up a new e - mail web hosting efficiently, particularly for an inexperienced user. There are just too many steps required in setting up something that should be simple. In comparison to the web browser version, the software for android platforms is also not very responsive.
